Terrible service. I wasn’t acknowledged until I received my food, which is totally bizarre. You have to input your own order into a clunky app, and until you do, no one cares or even offers a water. Never checked on me after I received my food. Don’t waste your time here.

I am surprised how places like this still in business, I don't even know if management exist here but if you looking for people with zero commitment for service, this is the right place, I can't even review the food nor the drinks because I was never attended, tried the app and it failed, good luck here.

this restaurant is published to be open until 7:00 p.m..
attempted to walk in at 6:24 p.m. And the server said they are closed.
please fix the published times so that airport patrons have correct information!!!
The waiters and bar staff stand around on their phones and talking not paying attention to customers. Make you feel like you are inconveniencing them

I'm not one to complain but dang . No one at the to go counter, the bartender was on point he killed it. Ordered a bama burger and a coke to go. It took 20 min to get my food with only 5 or 6 other people in the restaurant. This is why I chose to write this I found someone's Skittles trash in my food and then pulled a hair out of my mouth when I finished. The food was good but obviously nasty.

Hind sight is 20/20…shlvd checked the reviews prior to stopping into this horrific establishment! Walked in and sat ourselves (no seat yourself sign @ the hostess podium). We sat at the only two person table that was avail…it had a used glass on it so we moved it to the neighboring 6 person table. That apparently was not acceptable bc Jaycee became so irate and began yelling at us…”You dont move a dirty glass to a clean table…now i have to reclean that table.” First, why wld the bottom of a glass be dirty requiring you to reclean a table; Second, could she come over and clean our table for us; Third, why was she screaming at us making a scene?! Look at the photos…Jaycee got so close to me while yelling at me like i was a child her manager had to pull her back and then eventually had to stand in front of her in between her and i. Kudos to the manager…however this place is ridiculous to customers…we left as her behavior was aggressive and unhinged…all of this over us moving a glass.

Used to eating here before every trip but never again. QR code they made us scan to look at menu asked us for credit card before we even ordered, then there were fraudulent charges on the account a few days later. There’s some kind of scam going on with their QR code, and the BBQ sandwich has doubled in price since our last visit. BBQ sandwiches and fries for 2 should never cost $75. NEVER AGAIN.
Food was edible if overpriced; service was some of the poorest I have had in a long time. It was admittedly busy however I had to ask for napkins three times, a knife to cut my food two times and wait for a 2nd drink that never came. I finally gave up, paid my bill and left.

Food is okay. Service is always slow. Don’t go if you are in a hurry at all.
Just save your time and don’t go here. Horrible service, acting as if they are annoyed to be here

Wow! Management needs to get on site and make some improvements. No one working the to go counter and I was told to go to the bar only to be ignored. Another customer told me to scan the QR code and order, but the app told me to see my server. The only server avoided any and all eye contact. I left and followed the other ignored customers down the hallway to BURGER KING and got a whopper in no time. FYI, Chik Filet isn’t far away either.
I get it, you may be short staffed, but I’ve never felt compelled to review someplace to help other weary travelers avoid a very irritating attempt to get a bite to eat.
Parking: Don’t pay to eat here. Avoid this place like the plague.

I was at the Red Mountain Grill in Birmingham on July18, 2024. I was with a friend and we were charged a total of $57.36 for our two meals. The waitress insisted that we pay by scanning the code on the table. We wanted the check split, so she eventually agreed. We waited an exceeding long time for her to come back to our table. In that time we saw her bussing other tables and waiting on other customers. We had to get on our flight so my friend and I agreed that I would just pay for both of us. So I scanned the code and paid the bill. Just as I finished, she brought the split bill over to us and then said that I had only paid $27.72 for myself because she had already split the bill. She then charged my friend his half of the bill. Our flight ended up being cancelled. Later at the airport waiting, I looked at my charges and I had indeed been charged the $57.36, the full price. I went back to the restaurant and the manager got involved. She said that she would reverse the charge of $57.36 and only charge me $27.72 which would be my half of the bill. As of today 7/24/24 I now have 2 charges on my card. One for $57.36 and one for $27.72. Please look into your records and reverse the charge for $57.36. Neither the restaurant, HMSHost, or the airport services have responded to my previous emails.
