For as nice of a restaurant as this is, the food quality was horrible. Seemed like all frozen food just warmed up. Would not recommend.

The cashier at the take out counter can move with a bit more angst. We’re taking it out because we don’t have time to mull over a menu and sit down. Move with enthusiasm so we can go!

Great place to grab a drink (local vodka from Red Mountain Distillery with soda/splash cranberry) & a snack with a great view of the planes. There are TVs, pleasant music, and friendly, efficient service (thanks, Angela). You can order with your phone with a QR code for quick service. Pleasant atmosphere & people who work there... Plenty of space: bar & table service.

I asked for a paper menu, but the waiter didn't have any so the waiter and I had to walk outside the restaurant to some TV with the menu on it.Waiter said they were out of the ingredients for half the items on the menu.I ended up up paying $20 for a terrible iceberg lettuce caesar salad. What a regretful purchase. Please just go eat anywhere else.

This place was pretty misleading. The restaurant looks nice and the food is McDonald’s quality. The server was friendly but didn’t tell us when we ordered that they were out of hash browns so when our food finally came breakfast was served with French fries instead. The bacon was cheap and so were the bisquits. Everything was way too sweet as well

Food here was light years better than any airport fare I’ve ever had. Passionfruit mimosa was stout! Chicken sandwich was perfectly prepared and filling. Great spot. It’s pricey but it’s an airport ya’ll… Ebonie was an exceptional server and I have zero complaints from this spot.

Service is slow and grumpy. Makes you feel like you’re bothering them to be here. Never even offered to refill the coffee. Food was decent but nothing special.

Ms. Angela at Red Mountain Grill was the friendliest and most professional server I’ve met at any airport in the last 5 years. She greeted me with a smile, welcomed me to a seat at a crowded bar, and helped me select a drink. Fun banter, generosity of spirit, and an excellent espresso martini. What more could you ask for? Thank you Ms. Angela!

Power bowl is a ? salad. Comes with Avocado ? but neither of our “power bowls” have it. Very disappointed!

Stopped in for a beer before leaving on a flight right before Christmas. I sat at the bar and was greeted immediately with a smile and a glass of ice water. Ordered a beer and it was a nice cold pour. I didn't order food but someone near me had a BLT and it looked great. Will stop again.

Good service, average food as expected (chicken sandwich and a salad) with reasonable prices. Experience was not consistent with some of the more negative reviews.

The food was good, but overpriced. Sevice was ok, but the waitress seemed annoyed when we asked for more time to look at the menu. We had only sat down 30 seconds prior. What would you expect in an airport?

What a fiasco. I thought I was going to impress my clients and instead it was an embarrassment.Unfriendly service, a simple request of scrambled eggs with onions and tomatoes became a problem because “the cooks don’t do that “ instead they served the scrambled eggs with RAW onions and tomatoes on the side. The coffee got cold while we waited for cream and sugar and when we asked another server we were told “ not my table “ ?.I use the BHM airport a lot and I won’t be back and I hope BHM do something about this tenant that is ruining the airport experience ✅????

There is a burger king by C terminal. Same burger and easily half the price. Airports are always over priced but this place is all bark and no bite. Not even a nibble. Suprised Charles Barkley put his face next to this place.
