It's a nice place to get a quick bite to eat. The service is usually great and have not had any issues that couldn't be resolved. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the menu options had changed slightly since I last visited (new items) Perhaps, I'll try something new the next time that I go.

Our waitress Stephanie was rude. She walked off as we were trying to tell her our order and went and took the orders of 3 other tables before she circled back around to us and then told us she HAD to take the orders in the order the tables were sat NEVERMIND the 8 top was still deciding what they wanted and we were ready as soon as we sat down and then watched her immediately take the orders of the next table that was sat in her section. She didn't ask how either of us wanted our burgers cooked and left us with empty drinks for most of our meal. Let's add to that the ziosk on our table was disgusting and sticky and the music was too loud, like over loud for a comfortable dining experience. I love red robins and hate that this waitress made this experience a not good one.

We are Canadian and this was our first experience with a Red Robin. We came here as we googled Gluten Free in Google maps and it showed up. I was not disappointed! They have GF pizza , GF burgers and GF fries! I had the cheesy fondue burger with the garlic Parmesan broccoli as a side and one if their fancy lemonades. Hubby had a burger with garlic fries. All were soooooo good! It's nice that they have other options for sides beyond fries, some of which are somewhat healthy like broccoli, coleslaw or salad. All bottomless too!I wish I could remember our waitress' name... She's African American and was full of joy and patience and was very helpful in helping us decide. She brought us fries and three dips to try as we continued to read the menu since this was our first time (or maybe they do this for everyone, idk, but we felt special, lol). I'm glad we have this option when travelling in the future.Dietary restrictions: GF pizza, GF burger buns (and it's actually good) and GF fries with dedicated fryer.
Our server was great. But, the kitchen lost or forgot 2 of the 3 entrees we ordered. So, food was late. But, the manager brought our food out hot, addressed the situation to our situation to our satisfaction.Sometimes things happen and go sideways. But, if it is handled properly, everything is good with a little inconvenience. That's what happened in this situation.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Red Robin restaurant. Despite arriving hungry and eager to dine with my granddaughter, I ended up leaving without even tasting their food. The wait time was absurd, clocking in at over an hour, and when I inquired about the delay, I was told they were short-staffed. While I understand the challenges of short staffing, the rudeness displayed by the employee at the front was unacceptable. Despite the restaurant being nearly empty, they couldn't seem to serve anyone efficiently. Save yourself the frustration and find somewhere else to eat.

What's not to love ?!? Fantastic burgers all you can eat fries and a great friendly staff with fast service and great food . Usually less crowded than the other restaurants around the area which is an added plus when your not looking to wait an hour to be seated

Got a takeout the other day. First time in a few years. Not what I remembered. The burger was 1/2 the size it used to be. I got a mushroom burger. Asked if I wanted everything on it and I said yes. All it had were mushrooms. You tout endless fries but you didn't even fill my container up with fries. Skimpy! Hambuger Heaven is better at 1/3 the price. Yes, this burger with tax was 16.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Parking: Plenty of parking as the place was empty.

The Restaurant was very hot and Humid I would say our booth didn't seem very clean the Food. The meal was ok. the endless fries. We're soggy doubt I'll.be suggesting Red Robin again.

I don't necessarily luuuuv RRs atmosphere/decor, but the food is on point, and the service at this location??? Wonderful ppl.Dietary restrictions: For a Gluten friendly choice, get the lettuce wrap. RR sets the standard-- just the right amount of fresh Iceberg subs in for a bun.
