We ordered via delivery for the first time. The food was really good. It would have been delicious had we received the food hot instead of Luke warm. I might give it another try later on but not right now.

This is my favorite pizza and pasta restaurant. True Chicago style deep dish pizza. It takes a while for the pizza to cook so have some patience. All the salad and pasta dishes are awesome. Try this restaurant!

Also, the management is awesome I had a situation that I couldn't get to their store and they found a way to help me. I work for a pretty large company and we have used them for catering also

I have tried this place twice and it just is lacking something. I'm not sure what it is. The pizza seems bland and undercooked; both times. I probably won't be back which is a shame since I was so excited when they opened.
Seriously disregard the negative reviews because it's hard to hire young people who want to work and I feel bad for the owner because she wants everything to be successful for her business and it's hard when you can't find committed loyal workers. The pizza here is phenomenal it is the best in Birmingham in my opinion! The crust is crispy and the cheese is gooey and everything is cooked perfectly! I promise you if you give them a chance you won't be disappointed! I had an issue with my order due to service only and the owner called me and apologized and I felt her pain (most was the corporate website and ordering issues) and I really do wish them the best and I definitely will be a loyal customer because it really is amazing pizza!

Arrived at 4:300pm waitress took our order at 4:40pm, 6:15pm still NO pizza. The waitress is extremely slow. The Owner arrived and gave us a discount......about 10.00 dollars off. I drove 90 miles for this.

I drove down to Birmingham from North Alabama because there is nowhere to try an authentic Chicago deep dish pizza nearby and that was on my bucket list. The two employees I interacted with were courteous and the restaurant gets a A+ for that. The server let me know the deep dish would take around 40 minutes, which I had read it would. Make a note if you want a deep dish and do not want to or have the time to wait, call ahead or order online. While waiting, I ordered the breaded mushrooms. They were very good, but I expected a few more for the $7 price (thus why I knocked one star off). The pizza was great, with the characteristics that I had read a Chicago deep dish should have. I could only eat half because it is pretty dense, and the server asked if I needed a box. Again, the service was great, with several check-ins during the meal. If you sign up for emails you get 15 percent off, so I used the coupon and added that to the tip. Overall, a nice experience.
