Came in was told that there would be a 20-30 minute wait. After waiting 30 minutes and watching 5 other groups come in and get seated before me, I asked what was going on. I was told that all the other guests reserved online, which I knew was a lie because one of the patrons told me that it was her first time and she wondered how long the wait would be. I directed her to go place her reservation, she did and was seated before me. I don’t mind waiting my turn, but just tell me you forgot about me, don’t look me in my face and lie to me. This too was my first time trying Ruby Sunshine, can’t say that I will be back.

The restaurant was clean and had a fun, positive vibe. Food was outstanding. I got the loaded tots starter and the shrimp and grits for the main course! Words don’t do it justice with how delicious they both were! If you haven’t been here yet…you’re missing out. Staff was very friendly and attentive too.

Love this place but I'm currently the only person sitting at the bar and no one is taking care of me. There are currently four employees, behind the bar, and not one of them has taken my empty plate away or asked if I want anything else. They are NOT busy, probably only 15 other customers in the restaurant. Yes, I want another order of bacon, a refill of coffee and a Togo box, please.
