Crystal was amazing Service was excellent even though they didn't have sea bass and patron as on the menu
The food was wonderful but we waited an hour and half for 2 medium rare steaks & 4 sides. All while multiple other tables sat, ordered, ate, paid and left.
We got a great service when we first got there a reservation was at 6 o'clock, but an hour later we just waited for everything waited and waited. However, our waiter was extremely nice and got us whatever we need. It just took forever.
Our waitress was INCREDIBLY SWEET!!! A bit slow and forgetful, but so full of personality!!! Food was par.... Which has gone down from Ruth Chris' original standards.
Initial email invite indicated gratuity was included in the price. This was not the case—not only was our meal more than it should have been—I was embarrassed that friends that I had invited to join us also paid significantly hogher amount then anticipated. The meal and wine were excellent—but not served as billed.
The atmosphere was pleasant we were celebrating a birthday dinner. The food was delicious, but the service was a little bit slow. I think they need a little bit more help. He was trying to do his best, but I believe he was the only waiter. It had been several years since we have been there. You can tell things had changed.
It took forever to get food. The Restaurant only had 8 tables occupied. No thank you no recognition. Not what I've experienced at a Ruth Chris in the past
Great food as always but prices have increased so we don't go there as often as we'd like. Wine selection isn't what it was either. Grocery store brands. Nothing special
Ruth Chris's needs a better location. Circuitous route getting into restaurant. Server was very nice ...no problem there. I did NOT like the onion rings. Looked like a platter of donuts. Huge greasy limp onions inside a crisp batter. Not edible. I told the server (we had tried only 2). She made no accommodation for the $13 onion rings. Lobster add-on was yummy. Steak very good.
Location leaves a lot to be desired. Food is great. Wine is great. But this location — smelled a bit like stale cigarette smoke and felt like the seating in an old Pizza Hut. Hate to be so critical but really need to update the location.

The service was great but the food was mediocre. For the most part it was cool but not for the prices they charge.

My wife had shrimp and it was decent, I had a burger and fries the burger was a little dry and the fries were very greasy and limp. After a drink to start with, we waited 45 minutes for our server to return and that never happened. We had to go to the bar and ask if we could order food. We were in the lounge and even after we got our food, I think the bartender noticed we noticed our server wasn’t helping us at all and came over to check on us a few times. This was my first Ruth Chris experience and most likely the last. Besides the bad service I expected the best burger ever, and it was mediocre at best. Seems like the good name of Ruth Chris is just hype. So sad we paid that much for a mediocre meal and terrible service

I purchased a 70plus steak in which I ordered medium well and I got home and cut it and it is well done. So disappointed
