Niasia kept her smile in place as they were swamped and had run out of hot dogs and pretzels. I watched as the other workers frowned . The lines were long and it wasn't very organized. This was yesterday 5.4.24 . It was a Saturday. I have never seen it this bad. I waited20 minutes for hot dogs and another 15 for a pretzel. The young worker did her best and kept smiling. That's why I notice her.

The pizza is on point. Not overcooked or undercooked. The hot dogs are really good too. Great spot for a pick me up snack. They also have churros and Icees. The service is a little wonky, but the food and cheap price make up for it.

Worst Sam’s I have ever been in by a long shot. Poor management especially in the deli area. Workers could care less and stand around talking instead of taking orders and prepping food. Must be a common occurrence because the customer in front of us told us every time she comes in here and the same group is working they say the equipment is not working so they do not have to serve it. Poor management.

affordable prices...fast service

I usually love going to Sam’s but the one in Trussville was just Plain filthy . I understand that they are very busy during this holiday season ! But it’s so unacceptable for the bathrooms to be in that condition! No toilet paper in the stalls either ! But it’s was just filthy ! They are definitely shorthand’s so I understand. They had to close the cafe because of being short handed !

We just left Sams club in Trussville AL. It took us way longer to get out the door than it did to do our shopping and checkout. There was two exit lines and they were both backed up from the door to the snack bar and there was one lady trying to check everyone’s ticket. We don’t have this problem at Costco. Guess we’ll rethink our membership.

Very good quality! We usually shop in Huntsville. First time at the Trussville location and I must say, I’m impressed!

We had to come down to this Sams Club because the Huntsville store was out of the gazebo that we wanted. Dealing with this Sams was great except I had to wait over an hour to get it loaded!

This store is mediocre. The general manager is trash.
