Santos Coffee Hoover

I keep trying to like Santos, but after my iced vanilla latte today I don't think I'll try it again. Maybe their flavors are just not my taste, but my drink today was just not good at all and I haven't been impressed with other drinks in the past. For almost $7 for a small I'll just go somewhere else.

Drive thru Coffee may be good but they need to up their game on food. Ordered 2 bagel,egg, ham, cheese sandwiches on toasted bagels. Paid about 18.00 for what turned out to be 2 untoasted bagels with content that looked like a snack machine offering. Better value and quality elsewhere.

Decided to try Santos again because the one in Homewood, AL is awful. This one is just the same. The coffee is so bitter and has an awful after taste. I don’t see why people like it…McDonalds has better coffee. The mint latte wasn’t a latte. The lady just put coffee in it and added a mint leave…I had to ask for creamer. It was so bitter no sweetness like a LATTE should have. Any other coffee shop is way better. Stay away from Santos. It’s so overrated.

If the shop is crowded, don’t expect consistent quality—my drink didn’t taste anything like what I ordered last time, even though I asked for the same thing. It was honestly surprising and disappointing.

Also, be aware that if you want an extra shot of espresso, they charge extra. And if you’re like me and enjoy whipped cream, that’s an additional $1. I don’t mind paying more, but I do expect the service and quality to match—and sadly, it didn’t.

The drinks are amazing, I wasn't the biggest fan of the food, it was kind of bland, and the pictures showed it with fresh slices of avocado, but they used the bagged guacamole type. The drink I got however was so good. It was a strawberry mint freska, SO good. Perfect refresher after an exhausting hike.

The baseball fields are right around the corner, wanted to grab a bite to eat before sitting out in the heat for the game. Got myself a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel, with a honey, lavender, latte.
Everything hit the spot for sure.
The atmosphere is great,I especially like how the light are set up.

Santos has always been a favorite with me but today I was there and the server acted like I was a high maintenance person because I asked for almond milk and just one shot of expresso for my coffee. Great place but service wasn’t.

After an early morning baseball game, and your kid wants something that tastes good and fast…Santos was clutch!
With its very chill, Vintage-Modern vibe it was easy to sit and enjoy our breakfast and smoothies. Many items on the menu I would love to go back and try!
The croissant was nice and buttery and lightly toasted. And the French Toast was so yummy! The Green smoothie was a little sweeter than I expected but I would get it again! And the strawberry smoothie was delicious! Oh…yes, the coffee (according to my husband) was flavorful.

The dining area is so cozy i felt like I was at my own home. All of the chairs are comfortable and the floor was spotless. Alexandra and Jackson gave me service so wonderful id let them be my best men at my wedding. The coffee was so deliciously brewed I think they are wizards behind the counter.

Stopped by here during a break in our tournament at the Hoover met. We only got coffee and tea but there is a food menu as well. This is a really nice coffee shop on the inside. There are nice furnishings and cozy places to sit. They also offer a drive-thru. I will have to try their food menu next time I visit.
