Love this place! I go just about everyday to get work done. Umi and Dorian do a great job making you feel welcome and making delicious drinks / food. 10/10 would recommend.

Kid-friendliness: Very comfortable environment for all ages! My friend came with his two kids and we sat outside.

Love the coffee and food is good. We love going after church. But the crepes , etc…is not worth ordering if no forks are available and a small thing but out of pumpkin spice when it’s still advertised. Love Santos but management could’ve ran to Publix. ?

We had a good experience getting coffee beans from them in the downtown area, so we know the coffee’s going to be good. It’s a local coffee shop that has their own farm in Guatemala so it’s essentially a “farm to cup” type of coffee. Decor is really comfy and subdued, and we saw a few folks with laptops working/studying. The cortado & cafe nutella we got were good.

Dietary restrictions: Everything is so good. But they don’t have nutrition table. I don’t know how many calories I’m eating!! It would be nice if they have a table calories or something

Just disappointing experience all around: the girl taking orders didn’t know what the baked stuff in the display were. I ordered a HOT basil lavender latte. 20 mins later, I got a cold latte because nobody cared to make the drink fast enough or to make another one after the components of the first one got cold. Don’t think I’ll be back again. Sad because I really liked that place.

Nice folks but avocado toast is inconsistent. Sometimes it has mozzarella on it, sometimes it’s just tomatoes and avocado, but never the same twice. Same with the other locations.

the santos in hoover is wonderful! the staff is so kind and helpful and will make suggestions if you're not sure what to order. it's also very pretty inside and is a perfect study spot :) the coffee and the vibes are perfect!

Got the French toast, I wasn’t expecting the best but the strawberries were not fresh as the menu implied, they were the soggy sour kind of canned ones and on top of the dense toast that actually broke my fork was just not a great mix. No syrup or butter? The menu offered flavored butter but she says the only kind they had was regular, it wasn’t bad enough to be fully disappointing but it def was not worth even half what was charged.

I also got the basil lavender latte which tasted alright, not like the other ones I’ve tried but then getting a chunk of basil leaf stuck in the lid just ruined it for me texture wise.

Def won’t be back with the better options around but the location and staff seemed nice.
