I am extremely disappointed with Seasons 52. My family and I have attempted to contact them over six times to reserve a room for a private event celebrating my mother's 75th birthday. Despite their assurances that they would call us back, not once did they follow through. This lack of communication and disregard for customers is unacceptable. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

There is nothing bad that you can say about this place! Every single time that we’ve been here, we’ve had an amazing experience. From service, food, seasonal food choices, drinks, and desserts, it’s just a great place to eat, and have a quick meal or a meeting or a leisurely dinner. We tend to go when we have just a little time to go in and have a quick bite and something to drink on our way to an event or something, but we went to a business meeting here a month ago, and it was, a great experience as well. They have a separate room that you can holdings in room for projector screen and such.
We have been visiting for several years and have never had a bad experience.They are exceptionally careful about food allergies. My dad has food allergies and was pleasantly surprised that he was able to have a delicious dessert! (That’s a rare occurrence in restaurants)The filet mignon was so tender and perfectly cooked. The risotto is absolutely divine!And the service is always top notch.

We went for a birthday dinner, were seated a few minutes before our reservation. Then waited about 10 minutes before I asked a server if anyone was going to help us. Was told that our table didn't have an assigned waiter! Another 5 minutes goes by and I went to the hostess stand to inquire. The manager comped our appetizers and two glasses of champagne. The food was good, and I may go again on my next Birmingham visit...maybe.
I am so sorry I didn't remember our servers name but she was amazing!! So attentive and helpful. My mom in law wanted “ real sugar” and she went above and beyond to help! I really appreciate that and her! This was my first time here and I'll be back! Thanks

Season's 52 is our go to place for special occasions, Sunday brunch and when we have guests. Every meal and occasion has either met of exceeded our expectations. Excellent personnel, great service and wonderful food.

Food was really amazing. And our server's name was Cat and she did an amazing job. I had sea bass and it was cooked perfectly and my husband had steak and lobster and that was also excellent. I would have taken a picture but I was busy stuffing my face.

Seasons 52 was great for our Valentine's dinner. It was busy, but our reservation with OpenTable helped us get seated quickly. We only saw our waitress 3 times, but she was very friendly and I'm sure she had her hands full with the crowd. The food was wonderful, we split the 8oz steak and the kitchen actually plated it on two plates, which we love. We'll definitely be back soon!
It started with my drink I ordered not being able to drink it, it was so off (something I order regularly). Ordered the crap stuffed mushrooms there was no crap they added shrimp instead it was chewy and over cooked. The food was terrible my shrimp were over cooked on my shrimp and grits. It was a celebration for my husband's birthday on the 20th and our first Valentine's Day as husband and wife. It was very disappointing to say the least, but that will be the last time I eat at Season's 52.

My girlfriend and I ate here for Valentine's Day. I got the lamb chop, she got the filet and they were both delicious. The service was very good too. My only complaint was that it took a while for us to get seated even though we had reservations, although it was Valentines so I guess that's to be expected anywhere.

Well our reservations were for 7. Got there at 7, wasn't seated until 7:30. I ordered a crab cake and Mac and neither was good. The crab cake was cold and seemed like it was cooked in microwave and the mac was bland, and dry. It was my first and last time dining here unfortunately the food just isn't good. Cameron our server was awesome a true gentleman!
Every item on this is amazing and worth the price. The meatballs for the appetizer were one of the best I ever try. Also along getting the perfect temperature for my filet mignon. Portions are good, price is reasonable. definitely would recommend anyone to eat here

Great birthday lunch! Aside from our wonderful meal, Seasons gave us a complimentary appetizer bite of the new shrimp and grits entree! Delicious ! I'm going back for the full entree !
The food and libations are excellent. Ask for Shelby; she is such a wonderful and friendly waitress!
