I gotta say, Im never really impressed when I come here. The food is just ok. A bit too pricey for what you get and how it tastes. And having to order only on the screens is awful. Some people take so long. I'd rather eat at other burger shops. However there strawberry milkshake is one of the best I've ever had

The shroom on the burger was an incoherent mass of BurntNastiness.
The burger itself was cooked too much as it fell apart in five pieces.
Was charged for two orders of fries instead of one.

After $23 I’m still hungry and disappointed with the outcome of the food

First off, I love Shake Shack in general. Secondly, I came here last Friday for a little birthday hang with some friends, and experienced the kindest and best service.
April and Michael went above and beyond to make sure me, my friends, and their kids had everything we needed.
10/10 would come back. And shout out to the team for the warm, friendly service and good food 👏🏼

First and last time to visit the Summit location. When my wife asked what the shack sauce was the girl said “I don’t really know”. Then as I was paying she said “before you pay it’s gonna ask you a question about a tip”. What exactly would I be tipping for? Tips are something you earn for providing a service. The only service we received was a bad attitude and no knowledge of the menu. That kind of attitude and lack of simple menu knowledge is ridiculous.

I was waiting to order at the kiosk to order the guy working the dinning room came out and said let me take your order. I tried to order and then he told me that I could only order the Dog Days at the kiosk. I had to stand in line again and could not get them ordered at the kiosk, they them called me over to the register again it rang up 16.00 for two hot dogs which are 8.00. He called the manager over and she was rude I told her what was going on and she told me that the special could only be ordered at the kiosks. 30 minutes trying to order food and I said if you can’t get it right just cancel my order she said ok and walked back to the kitchen.. I left with no food and a very bad experience.

Food is amazing. Dubai chocolate has nothing to do with it. You need to change the name to something else
