I was waiting to order at the kiosk to order the guy working the dinning room came out and said let me take your order. I tried to order and then he told me that I could only order the Dog Days at the kiosk. I had to stand in line again and could not get them ordered at the kiosk, they them called me over to the register again it rang up 16.00 for two hot dogs which are 8.00. He called the manager over and she was rude I told her what was going on and she told me that the special could only be ordered at the kiosks. 30 minutes trying to order food and I said if you can’t get it right just cancel my order she said ok and walked back to the kitchen.. I left with no food and a very bad experience.

Food is amazing. Dubai chocolate has nothing to do with it. You need to change the name to something else

I wish there were more locations in Alabama but I would be nervous this is the only town that appreciates a burger on this level seeing as how the previous #1 most consistent burger chain in the world burgerfi failed elsewhere let's this cherish this location together as it is now the most consistent elevated widespread burger spot on the planet

food was amazing i’ve never had shake shack always heard about it but it for sure lived up to the hype best burger i’ve had in awhile. the fries were good everything was fresh. staff was friendly. shakes were good. price is expensive but i personally don’t care to pay for good food.

This burger was absolutely delicious! My mom always says that a restaurant’s cleanliness can tell you a lot about it, and I have to agree. The restroom was spotless, and the health department has given them a score of 99%.

10/10 highly recommended! The food was so good! I’m gluten free and had the GF bun. It was so soft and so good! You order on a kiosk when you first walk in and that was nice and easy! Everybody is so nice and it was so clean! Portions are huge (my husband and I could have shared a fry there were so many) Fast and amazing service!

The only thing is they don’t do combos everything is separate. But still worth the money!

Food was just ok, not worth the prices for mediocre food. You order at a kiosk that makes customizing difficult. Staff once you do see someone they are very nice.

We haven't been to Shake Shack in years but we decided to try it again today. Food was hot and delicious. Staff was great. I just think it was a bit pricey for just 2 burgers, small fries and 2 drinks to total of 40 something dollars.😥
