Let's start with the good... The burgers were very hot and juicy. The fries were crispy without being over cooked. The chocolate milkshake was chocolatey! Now the not so great... The black truffle mayo for the fries was extremely bland. The Parmesan on the fries was mediocre (the fries needed more salt.) The chairs were very uncomfortable unless you like to slide back and recline a bit. The atmosphere was a combination of serve yourself and be served (kinda odd.) Finally the cost was a bit much in my book. $50 for 2 burgers, 1 fry, 1 drink and a milkshake was a bit much.

Absolutely delicious food, staff is non-existent and food is slightly overpriced but delicious nonetheless. 💯

Shakes were okay and the fries were not good at all. It feels more like frozen fries just topped with cheese and bacon bits. The chicken sandwich was also okay, buns were cold like took out the fridge. Personally would not go back, after being expensive and not even tasting good.

February 7, 2025.The service was poor. The employees were very loud, sounding like a party was going on!
No employee was in the dining area. Customers were having to look for their food themselves on the rack.
The food tasted good but the environment was distasteful.

This place is terrible they made me walk back twice because my order wasn’t right i had a hour break and had 30 mins of my break wasted dealing with unnecessary bullshit. This was my second time eating out and i usually don’t leave back reviews. I came back to get my parmesan sauce because they forgot it. I wasn’t annoyed until they laughed like it was a joke. It wasn’t there time being wasted so they didn’t give a shit. This was my second and last time ever going to this place the staff suck and supposedly shake shack is a expensive place with good foods but it’s bullshit and over priced to get the same food and service as mcdonald’s.My food was cold but i heated up in microwave bc i spent 27 bucks on a burger fries and drink. Plus i had a one hour break and didn’t have time to argue. I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU GOT SOME FREE TIME FOR THEM TO UNFUCK YOUR ORDER

A sad place Sat. nite at 6pm. There were numerous employees , all standing around. No one at the front entrance. No one to greet you. Not even an acknowledgement of ordering from the dirty, order kiosk. 2 of 3 were working. Finally, after 10 minutes of no interaction, the delivery guy, no less, brings my 2 plain burgers to me. 10 minutes for 2 burgers? And only 1 other customer? A sad place, as I said. Sort of like an inner-city fish or chicken wing stand. Just dark and dirty. Sonic is just down the road.

It was ridiculously overpriced, but the food was good. You take your own order, and then they ask for a tip. If they took my order and delivered my food, I would maybe consider a tip, but I picked up my own food, and the straws were really hard to find.

Unpopular opinion but it's just an overpriced average burger place. I had the black truffle burger and bacon cheese fries with a shake and my daughter had a burger regular fries and a shake. It was over $43!!! The burger wasn't bad but it wasn't anything special either. Kinda dry and generally bland in flavor. Don't see any reason to go back.

Parking: We were there on a Sunday at lunch and parking lot was packed. I had my 87 Year Old Mother with us so we were able to park right up front with her Handicap placard.

Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk with wheelchair access. Handicap spots are van accessible out front of restaurant.
