Food was ok waffles and chicken, waffles were cold , also ordered salmon and grits, fish was good but shrimp and grits were not seasoned ad the creo sauce was unseasoned, I may try again in future...or not ..our waitress was Great tho and very attentive and sweet .

I visited for a birthday outing, which was my second time dining here. I had previously decided not to return based on my first experience but chose to give it another try after being invited. During my first visit, my party was charged the incorrect price for lemon drops, and one person did not receive their order until about 20 minutes after the rest of the party. The food took about an hour and 45 minutes to arrive in total.

Both times, the food was very good; however, the long wait times and inconsistent service made the overall experience disappointing. I hope to see improvements in the future, as the quality of the food deserves a better dining experience.

The food was absolutely hot & delicious. Friday night they has a DJ playing hip hop and R&B which was a total vibe. This place is a 10/10 for sure!

I'd heard good things about this place and decided to try it. Everything was delicious and seasoned perfectly. Also the portion sizes were great for the cost. Will definitely be returning to try more of the menu!

I wanted to love this place so bad.....celebrated a birthday here tonight. Let's start with reservations was set at 7 we were seated promptly. It took 15 mins. For water and another 35/45 mins for drinks. We were a party of 5 we pretty much ordered everything on the menu and nothing was good. Let's start with the Brussel sprouts...it was a heft serving but they were swimming in sweet chilli Thai sauce with salad topping bacon bits...the Buffalo chicken eggrolls were stuffed with DRY shredded chicken we had 2 orders of them no one ate them. The chicken pasta was so salty that it was not edible...the cajun pasta had day old conecah sausage it was dark and had a plastic texture to it as if it sat out all day...Fried porkchops looked beautiful but they were to salty and greasy to eat...fried okra taste like they dumped a bottle of lemon pepper on it the chicken that was in the cajun pasta was over cooked and so dry it was choking me to swallow...the Mac n cheese was full of sour cream so you definitely know that was disgusting...as I stated before we were seated at 7 our food didn't come out until 9:45 they ran out of garlic bread to go with the pasta so they decided to serve the pasta with cold funeral rolls even the server cracked a joke about that...if if had not been for the server busting her butt we would have walked right on out of this place. Needless to say we were ALL disappointed in this place and the food and to top it off Simone was in the kitchen...We won't be returning.

Finally went after a long time of wanting. Food was amazing. Staff was polite and welcoming. I went on the 5 Sunday so I had the ribs. Normally I'm sceptical of restaurants ribs because they are usually just baked in bbq sauce. However as soon as I smelled the smoke coming from the kitchen I knew I was in for a treat and trust it didn't disappoint. Perfectly tender and moist and as pit master myself I know when it's hitting, these hit hard. 10\\10 highly recommend. Can't wait to go back!

Great spot for a birthday celebration! We had a party of about 15 people and Nika was our server. She was excellent! The service and food was great! Good vibes at this place. We ordered the crawfish queso and OMG it was a huge serving! Also had the fried pork chops and the Mac and cheese and okra! I don’t know what was better the Mac and cheese or the pork chops. The bar drinks were a generous pour as well. I will definitely return!

Birmingham has a nice little hidden gem💎 here. The loaded green fried tomatoes are top tier. I also enjoyed chicken buffalo egg rolls. OH! Let me not forget to mention their Wednesday wing and burger specials 😋 chef kiss 👩‍🍳

Next time we'll dine in, hopefully, for a better experience because the Cajun chicken nachos were very dry with no seasoning, and the chips were very stale. The blackened shrimp and salmon were seasoned and seared perfectly, but the mac n cheese tasted too sour and creamy. I ordered the lemon pepper okra; the okra was alright, but it didn't have any lemon pepper. Also, we ordered the buffalo chicken rolls; the outside was fried, really hard, and the inside was really dry with no sauce to dip with. The wait time was already over an hour. I just hope next time I will have a better experience.

I am from Florida and saw the spot on tiktok with good reviews. So I decided to visit it. The Mac and cheese tasted like sour cream only. The okra was over fried. The catfish had no flavor or season. The buffalo chicken egg roll were supper dry with zero flavor. The service was amazing. The gentlemen was very kind.

Fried Catfish. Fried okra. Mac n cheese. Food is delicious! Catfish seasoned to perfection. The Mac n cheese is creamy and cheesy. Okra fresh and tasty. Service fast and friendly. 10/10 would recommend!!
