This was my 1st experience with Smoothie King and it will surely be my last!!! The two young ladies working were not friendly at all, then after spending 25.00 for 2 smoothies we were informed they did not have a public restroom. I asked not even for paying customers & was told no. I will definitely be keeping my business with Tropical Smoothie!!!

It is ridiculous when you don't provide a public restroom to people paying your bills. (The one in Homewood, AL). I personally do not care for smoothies but my kid does. As far as the smoothie goes these are good in his opinion, but service could be nicer here at the one in Homewood. Have had better service at other Smoothie Kings though.

Clean store. Great service. Smoothies always come out perfect. I'm giving it a 4⭐️ only because when I walked in around 2:00p, I was welcomed with an overwhelming scent of Marijuana. I mean, it was LOUD. I go here regularly but theres another one not too far away.Just sayin', maybe next time don't smoke right before you walk into work.

The was the worst delivery I've ever had. The carrier was wet from the smoothie leaking. The driver left one of the smoothies on its side allowing for half the smoothie to fall out. I will be disputing these charges and post about my negative experience everywhere I can to earn others of this awful service.

WE BLEND WELL TOGETHER! Located in downtown Homewood area, right next to the urgent care facility. It is also across the street from the Merchant shopping center. This shopping center includes shops like Toddies, TCBY Frozen Yogurt, Subway, Super Cuts, YoYo Donuts and Homewood Gourmet! It isn't the best location per say for a smoothie place, in my opinion however, I guess what ever works for them works for us too. Came here one night after work. Needed a pick me up and something fruity to end my night. The menu is huge there are so many options on the menu for all types of smoothies, protein shakes and fruit juices. After staring at the menu for probably 5 minutes I winded up ordering the pineapple surf which was a fantastic smoothie with strawberries, pineapples, & kiwi apple juice. It was exactly what I needed. The smoothie itself was very tasty. The fruits and flavors blended very well together and there was no strange after taste at the end. I have never really go for the protein smoothies or shakes, not really sure why, but I think it is because I am not the biggest fan of constantly working out or trying to lose weight. I am happy with my size and that is just that. Plus protein shakes and smoothies typically have a strange after taste to them and it is just not something that jives well with me. The inside of the shop is very simple and easy. The menu and ordering is towards the back of the shop and you pick up your smoothie at the front of the shop. Seems like it is role reversal. Usually you order at the front and pick up in the back. The staff was very friendly and did not rush me when I was unsure of what I wanted. It was about 6:15pm so it wasn't like I was holding up the line or anything. Something I noticed that is definitely worth noting is that you have to choose your cup size and all of them are big. There does not seem to ba a children's size that you can pick. The starting cup size is 20oz cup. So be prepared to either drink your smoothie over the course of several days or to drink it over a few hours as the cup sizes are large. Overall, if you are in the mood for a smoothie and in the area, this is definatley the spot for you to come into. The menu is large and the staff is nice and patient.
Quality product, however the crew member was wearing their mask below their nose and did not even mention the mask requirement to a customer who entered without a mask on or carried. Go to another location to protect yourself and your family!
