Ordered a bowl with extra pineapples and granola. Received no granola and only five half strawberries. Called for over two hours, only to have them answer the phone 15 minutes before closing. The young lady told me there was “nothing” she could do. I left my name and number for the manager.
A few days prior, I placed a call-in order, arrived at the store, and still had to wait 20 minutes for the order to be prepared.
Tried calling today. No answer. How is this location remedying customer service issues and complaints?
Normally their rating would be higher, but I can't get them to answer the phone to place my order. With this being said, I have to go out my way to a different location just have my order ready.
Fast service. Great tasting smoothie. Will revisit.

Smoothie didn't have ice blended enough, however, associate was accommodating to help me reach my viscosity desired and wiped my cup down to ensure it was free of smoothie on the outside. Associate even called me by name and was courteous. Always a pleasant experience visiting this location!!

The owner should be ashamed of himself. Leaving one person to take on a task of an afternoon rush. Line out the door plus he's taking online orders. Please bring Hunter back. He would never. He was always present at this downtown location. Always enough employees. I applaud the gentleman for not stopping he keep working. He needs a raise. They're should be no breaks during lunch hour rush. Unreal
Co workers and I ordered Smoothies that we never received, therefore since We never received them I can't leave a review. We didn't even get a replacement or our money back. Very disappointed
This review is for the Smoothie King on Richard Arrington Blvd Birmingham, Al . My coworkers and I ordered smoothies on 8/22/24 on the Smoothie King website. We ordered our items for delivery not only did we not get a tracking for our order, our order was marked as completed within minutes. After waiting, two of my coworkers had to leave work and go to the store to see what happened to the order. They were told that the order left the store at 11 am and it should have been delivered. My coworkers informed them that we had been waiting on the order and it did not arrive. We ask if they could remake the order, the staff said no, they had to get approval from the manager or store owner to remake them. The staff then proceeded to tell my coworkers that the drive seemed upset about delivering the order. So we ask for a refund. It has been three weeks and we haven't received any compensation. We have talk to the store manager Steve and district manager Kat. , who both said we would have to call Uber Eats for a refund even though we used the Smoothie King website to order and the store uses Uber Eats. I called Uber Eats customer service on 09/04/24 to ask about our refund, the company told me it was up to the store to process the return because we used their website. This store has kept $80.67 from my coworkers and my self. I use to love going to Smoothie King but this experience has put a sour taste in my mouth for all locations.

If there were an option for a negative star, I would most definitely have selected that option. An order of over $80 was purchased over 2 weeks ago, through an Uber driver. Our order was never received and neither were we offered anything to compensate us for the inconvenience. Although it was due to the Uber driver’s discrepancy, Smoothie King’s employees were not at all sympathetic with our displeasure due to this event! We had spoken with several people who had nonchalant attitudes about the order and the money we had paid! They displayed an “Oh well, it’s not our fault” attitude, and while it may not have been as a loyal customer they did not even want to give us another order of smoothies, and now it is 2 weeks later and still no REFUND!
Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!

Very upset that the third party Uber eats driver decided to take all 7 of our LARGE smoothies. Failed to deliver , smoothie king FAILED AT getting the issue handled or remade for us. And over all we still (2 weeks) later have gotten the issue resolved. I do not recommend delivery services but most of all trying to get the issue resolved has bn a headache in itself. Me and my co workers are still waiting.

I ordered the same smoothie in different locations, and the young lady at this location had a problem with the way I ordered. She also told me she was giving me less than usual because of my special request. She then added it would cost more. However, in the app there is no difference in quantity or price. So what was the issue?

Went into store ordered. Then sat down to wait. There were 5 other customers that came in after me and they all received their order before I did. One clerk was hiding in back. The manager was too busy counting straws and cups. The cashier fixed my order and took 30 mins for a bowl. Just for me to head back to work with bananas in my bee sting bowl instead of mangos. I am allergic to bananas. I was already late getting back from lunch because of the wait time so I did not turn around. What a waste of time and money, while the manager watched her employee struggle but continued counting straws and cups as if someone was about to come in and commit a straw and cup robbery. SMH!

The employees at the Richard Arrington location are the sweetest nicest staff! I go there a lot and always a pleasure. My smoothies are always delicious! I love them! Excellent customer service!

Enjoyed my experience at Smoothie King! I arrive early mornings and the service is impeccable! I am greeted & acknowledged. I appreciate that the store is clean & well organized! It is so good to see customer service at its best!
