The store clerk did not put the top on the smoothie good, and the smoothie wasted on me, my clothes, and the inside of my Brand new car. She was unapologetic and said that it was the way I grabbed the cup. I asked for a District Manager's number from both Birmingham locations as was denied my rights as a customer. I asked for a refund and was refused a cash refund back. Do not go to either establishment. Horrible Horrible franchise!!!

I have been to this Smoothie King what feels like a million times and I am disappointed in my experience from this morning. I have never had a bad experience until today and I will say this smoothie IS very good! However, when I was watching the guy pour my smoothie in my cup and it wasn’t near full, I made a joke about how hungry I was and asked if he could fill it to the top. He responded with how I was going to be hungry soon anyways because it was liquid…I was just wanting to get my $10 worth. He spilled a little down the side and I felt bad because he was clearly irritated I wanted a full cup, so I said I was sorry and didn’t mean anything rude/offensive by it. I then grabbed my lid so I could get out of his way and he took it out of my hands and said “I kind of want to do my job.” I was a little shocked when I left and once I got in my car I called to ask the name of the man who just made my smoothie. The girl (who seemed lovely in person) on the phone kept avoiding the question, and finally said “my manager? His name is Erand”…when I asked her to spell it she was laughing which was weird. I asked if they had name tags so I could come in and see how it was spelled (I wanted to be respectful with that at least during this review). She said they dont have them but I could come in and ask him how to spell it myself…I figured what was the point in that. I know I sound like a complete Karen, and I really do not make bad reviews (they are usually good ones since people don’t do that enough!) but his attitude and snarkyness was very shocking and uncalled for in the service industry…especially if you are the MANAGER! Blew my mind. Anyways, I didn’t catch the girls name, but she was lovely until she was laughing at me asking for her managers name on the phone. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Smoothie was just ok. The guy at register was new but he was high! It was obvious. The young lady that he was working with was rude. I just didn’t expect that kind of service coming from smoothie king. I’ve visited a few and they always have great customer service but this one was not. Not impressed at all.

Great Customer ServiceBut it should NEVER be one employee working alone. 7/18 @ 5pm the line was at the door. I had a mobile order and it was NOT ready. I waited for my order for a period of time. The young guy was tired but very nice. Wvenings news more staffing

I don't know what happened to this place, but it seems like since the management changed, wait times have gotten ridiculous. Either hire more people, offer better wages, or hire competent employees in general.

A tiny smoothie bowl is 11,49.Thats I redicolous. If you order a smother in a cup instead of a bowl you get 3x the size.The fruits in the bowl were sugared. Nothing healthy at all about the smoothie king

This store isn't the same anymore. The wait time is ridiculous in the morning. This store is a high volume store in the morning and pretty much all the time. I don't understand why is it that you all only have one person working the app orders and the instore orders? There should at least be three people working during this shift to help orders go out smoothly. I hope this can help make a change.

It's usually great service at this location but today the employees were not so courteous...I'm a customer so greet me with professionalism not a look of dislike and didn't even say have a nice day once given my smoothie...don't know who this young boy was but he need an attitude adjustment..that's what get when u have too many of us running your business...hate to say it...worst service I ever had at this location
