I ordered the seeded porridge here at bull ring and the toppings weren't at least 1/3 as much as I had at another soho coffee restaurant....I added photos of the toppings between two branches I expected all branches to keep portions consistent. Overall great porridge.

only ordered a coffee and was initially shocked at the price!😳 however this was not the issue…. as i stood waiting for my coffee i was able to see them making it and you can only imagine my disbelief when i saw the way they were making it.I also make coffees at my place of work so am aware of how it should go.this is an established coffee shop and it surprises me they cannot get the most basic thing right!!!! i hope this was just a one off

Starting closed at 6:30 very noisy. Pulling the shutters closed woke the baby and forced us to leave service was clearly rushed to get out sooner

I visited yesterday first time and the shop is very spacious with lots of seating. I want to say special thank you to all the staff, they were always smiling and very helpful. The tables were cleaned regularly. Thank you

It's one of the worst flat white I've ever had The barista insisted that hers is the best and it ends up with latte in 6oz cup besides the staff they make you feel not welcome. Train your staff

Enjoyed a delicious mac and cheese with friends. The chocolate shakes were to die for! The man who served us our food was delightful and wait time was very short. Beautiful atmosphere and wonderful food 5 stars!

Large queue first thing in the morning which seemed disorganised, however staff were friendly. Had the white chocolate and coconut matcha iced latte which was decent. 25 minute wait for a toasted tea cake so sadly didn’t try as they looked good :(

Hiya! I've been to this location a few times and overall am happy with the experience. I usually order a matcha vanilla ice latte which is always so tasty, although one time I had ordered this drink at the till but was given an oat vanilla ice latte. I asked a staff member and they informed me that they had no more matcha left. No issue at all! I just wish someone had mentioned that to me while I was ordering. Dining area can get a little messy sometimes but seeing how busy the place gets at times... honestly who can blame the hardworking staff? Keep up the good work guys :)

Visited on Tuesday. Asked a staff member if a table could be cleared and wiped for us to use. His reply was rude, sarcastic and quite frankly bitchy! Saying they were too busy with no eye contact! Saw many people clearing tables themselves including a guy that I assume was the area manger who was there to interview someone. My sandwich was horrible as the bread was extremely stale. In our way out the same said staff member gave us a sarcastic remark. Terrible staff!
