After pulling into drive thru and waiting to advance, questioning whether they were even open, moving up because guest in front was frustrated and left I began placing my order to be told hold on in the middle of me speaking. Finish my order pull to windows. Guy takes my card and punches it in SEVERAL TIMES... (watching the account) never said anything about why but had my card for a solid 10 minutes walking around doing all kinds of things. Brought my card and a receipt back shoved it through windows at me while looking other direction. Guy was definitely on something. Waiting what seemed to be an eternity at this point for finally an elderly man brought my bag of food. We got the burritos which were OK. Tots were warm at best. Hard and unsalted. O.J. was warm now as well after waiting soooo long.

Pulled up yesterday with my man to get a big lemonade slush it was hot as hell, we just wanted a cool moment. But y’all made it feel like we pulled up to attitude alley with a side of chaos. Barely any lanes open Staff clearly couldn’t hear on the speaker And when they did respond, it was with full attitude and zero clarity (Yes, I asked for a large lemonade slush with strawberry syrup at the bottom and a touch of cranberry why is that hard?) The vibe was nasty, the wait was disrespectful, and the energy was giving “we don’t even wanna be here.” Okay but why are you making it everyone else’s problem?
Oh and let’s talk about them street walkers. 👣 I’m all for helping folks get work, but if you gon’ have random folks sitting around cutting down boxes put them in uniform and train them, please. This ain’t “hood UberEats,” this is a whole Sonic. 🙄

Yesterday me and my wife had went to get a couple slushes...sounds simple right? .... Mann it just seemed like when we was ordering our food the employee in the speaker was so ready to get us off the mic you didn't even get our order right !? Like we asked for lemonade slushes with a splash of cranberry with a couple of pieces of strawberry...NOT A DAMN STRAWBERRY CRANBERRY SLUSH!?!? 🤦🏾 Like whatever happen to customer service...if you do not like your job just go home ..you don't have to take your day out on everyone... especially paying customers 👀😑

The last two times I’ve been to this location, there’s been an excuse as to why they’re not serving ice cream. The first time, the “computers” were down. This time, we arrived over an hour before close and the ice cream machine was “broken down for cleaning.” I understand an employee wanting to leave immediately when the store closes but shutting down the ice cream machine over an hour before close is unacceptable in my opinion.
Nicest worker of all time, I got the double smasher it was quite delectable. Fries very good too
