Cashier was nice and polite. The order was ready within in 2 minutes. My chilli cheese tots were hot but they were burnt. The grill cheese was hot but I think they microwave it too long or whatever the process is. So the only thing i enjoyed was my coke! This is not my first time there and I’ve never had any issues so it was a bit disappointing.

The fries almost broke my teeth, groovy fries with no goofy source, my smash burger was cold. Worst sonic in the Bingham area.

We have been to this Sonic on multiple occasions, and we have yet to be able to order what we came for. One time, we came for cheese sticks, and we were told they were only doing drinks. Today, we wanted a Christmas Eve ice cream treat, and we were told they’re not doing ice cream. It’s just disappointing.

This is a sorry excuse for a BLT not very much bacon on the sandwich also the tomatoes should never have been put on a customers sandwich. They should’ve been gone in the garbage can! tater tots were hot and fresh. The grilled cheese was hot and fresh, and the drinks were as usual, good at sonic.

TLDR: Terrible Service, don't go here.
I usually go through the drive through, and when there's a wait until they take my order, it usually makes sense because they're busy taking orders from the people parked at the stalls. However, the last 3 times I've visited, I'd be the only customer and still would wait 5 to 10 minutes until they finally take my order. The most recent time (November 2nd around 8:50pm), I waited at the drive through for 5 minutes with no answer. As soon as someone drove up to the other drive through screen, they answered them immediately. They completely skipped over me and took their order first because they were friends with the workers or something. Terrible service, the food also doesn't even come out right. The slushies were incorrectly made with way too much slush ice and no flavoring. All the employees I encountered either need to be retrained or fired. Same goes for management if they think this is okay.

I have no idea how they move so slow and still manage to screw simple orders up. Junior burger with lettuce and onion ONLY, proceeded to put pickles, ketchup and other garbage on there that made it inedible for me. Feel free to reach out because this either needs to be refunded or comped.

I ordered two rainbow slushies for my kids and this is what they gave me. We’ve ordered this multiple times and it has never looked like this. The boy at the window tried to tell me that that’s the way it’s supposed to look.

My drink was not properly made. It never is. I am done going to this location. I wish the people who worked there were trained how to make the drinks and food. My food is always dry and crusty.

I went through the drive-through and got a cheeseburger and fries with a large root beer. The french fries were so hard and cold they were like they were refried a couple times. The cheeseburger was not even edible either! This was my first experience at this sonic, and I am so disappointed! A total waste of $10! ?

Janeisha was RUDE frim the start. I took a picture of my tea, it's water, if the owner has the decency to call me. No morning or evening Hapoy Hour. I wasted $2 70 on water with a bit of color.
