Just disgusting eating around others food no gloves.. service terrible. It like a hang out at this place ordered ahead no one came for 10mins.. definitely won’t be back..

average wait for a burger and a drink is 15 minutes. :)

My gf and I always drive 20 mins to the closest sonic which is in Chelsea and get excited to get the cheese queso on the side with our tots bc it’s so good. We have come here so much. Tonight we came and the girl at the window told us her manager told her not to sell queso dip cups anymore, yet it’s still on all their menus. It’s always something at this place. She said the only way to order the queso would be on a wrap, no matter what we offered to pay. Ridiculous that they have something on their menu but they CHOOSE to not sell it due to them being outright lazy. Raise the price of its an issue but don’t put it on your menu as something that can be purchased and then not offer it.

Don't eat here, go to a different sonic. It is not worth it. The burgers we ordered were inedible. Hard pieces of dried meat with too much ketchup and mustard to try and cover it up. Um no. Now I guess if you just come for a pretzel and a drink you would be alright. But dont order the burger.

Awful service! Waited for minutes and no service. Then we went up to get our stuff and got no apologies. All sitting and doing nothing.

Closing time is 11. They wouldn't do carhop at 10:08. Had like 6 employees inside, said it was too close to closing. Went to drive through and they wouldn't take orders through the second drive through a lot.

I ordered extra sauce and extra jalapeños and instead they give me this…it was like an extra $3-$4 on my order but it’s not their problem so I guess this is a food service standard at this sonic.

Pulled up to order at one of the stalls and they said they were closed have to go to the drive through. Placed order, one car ahead of us waiting at the window. Saw them go ahead and fix our drinks and put them by the window. Waited so long to get to the window that they had to re-make our drinks. Don't get the onion rings. They are horrible!

Cashier was nice and polite. The order was ready within in 2 minutes. My chilli cheese tots were hot but they were burnt. The grill cheese was hot but I think they microwave it too long or whatever the process is. So the only thing i enjoyed was my coke! This is not my first time there and I’ve never had any issues so it was a bit disappointing.

The fries almost broke my teeth, groovy fries with no goofy source, my smash burger was cold. Worst sonic in the Bingham area.

We have been to this Sonic on multiple occasions, and we have yet to be able to order what we came for. One time, we came for cheese sticks, and we were told they were only doing drinks. Today, we wanted a Christmas Eve ice cream treat, and we were told they’re not doing ice cream. It’s just disappointing.

This is a sorry excuse for a BLT not very much bacon on the sandwich also the tomatoes should never have been put on a customers sandwich. They should’ve been gone in the garbage can! tater tots were hot and fresh. The grilled cheese was hot and fresh, and the drinks were as usual, good at sonic.
