I will never come back to the location ever again service is complete horrible I had a pick up order I checked in the stall which I know they saw waited 30 minutes they never came out with my order I just wasted a freaking gift card because of this horrible service never again

I ordered lunch today and it wasn't fit to feed my Dog the fries was so hard and old the famous smashburger was so cold. And dry why would you sell someone this ! I would not recommend this to my enemies. And that's sad.

All I did was ask for ketchup lmao didn’t even get it waited like 10 mins but ended up pulling off wouldn’t recommend this location I’d recommend the sonic off of valley ave off green springs 100% better this place has piss poor service
I hate to rate a sonic this low, but this one and another one i have to. Oneonta and Center Point I have been to many, many, many sonic in my days, and these two have to be the worst. Tots not fully cooked, milkshake still nearly frozen. My wife couldn't even eat her sandwiches. And with the rudeness, we just decided not to go back to either one. They have had several opportunities and failed them all.
