They made me wait more than half an hour to take my order and 40 minutes for me to go talk and say where my order is and they barely made it at that moment so an hour and twenty minutes wasting time, what a bad service to be honest, now I understand why a lady next to me shouted bad words at the staff and the saddest thing is that they didn't have many people... the manager told me that he would return the money to my account for whatever I paid, even though I don't believe it, but who It gives me back my lost time and above all the anger they put me through, they should close better and i have a video with proof, i wait to much time cause i work in kitchen and i understand if they want good food they need to wait but this is to much

i live in pell city, al where the slushie machine has been down for months and i was in the area here so i decided to give them a try. service was great however the card machine slots don’t work. still good however. the recipient said Tralexus who served me. Thanks!

Horrible. If you have 20 to 45 minutes of your time to waste go there. Every single time I come I'm waiting no less than 20 minutes. Even when I just get drinks or order on the app. I still have to wait over 20 minutes and the food usually comes out wrong and tastes old. I only come a few times a year and each time it's the exact same service. I'm surprised it's still open.

This place needs to be shut down! The staff would rather play than serve the customers! I will drive all the way to Hoover before going to any in the Centerpoint/Roebuck/Trussville area!! I pressed the red button, and there were only three other cars, so after waiting 10 minutes, I pressed it again only for someone to respond with what!! I simply left!! My only question is... Why are you all even working if you hate your job so much??

They got my order right with the exception of not putting mustard on my burger and had spoiled milk that they made my milkshake with. We called and were referred to the day manager. No assistance or help was offered by the night crew. This business needs serious improvement.
