Just wanted to say this Starbucks made me the best Starbucks matcha latte I’ve ever had. All other Starbucks I’ve been to doesn’t fully mix the matcha powder but this place has made me the smoothest matcha latte the last two times I’ve been. I only have one pic because I forgot to take a pic of the one today. But they’re equally good. AND they actually read the extra stuff and didn’t put ice in my drink. Thank you guys so much!!!

Paid for a Grande (16oz) Caffe Americano, they gave me the coffee in a pup cup. My girlfriend ordered a hot matcha and they put in on ice. Took 30 minutes and ice had melted by then. Can't give 0 stars on Google, but that's my vote. Zeros across the board

Somebody from corporate needs to investigate this place. The baristas, and probably the management, are so virtue-signaling to the extent that they do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about the riff-raff outside and inside this particular Starbucks location. They allow people to take space without ordering anything, yet they insist on engaging in small-talk with them, lest they be accused of further marginalizing or dehumanizing them. The reality is that you have become nothing more than caricatures of yourselves, and you have the temerity to act like there's no problem, even when it's right in front of you. Granted, I am only adressing a symptom of one massively invidious and pervasive sociocultural problem. I just wish someone would actually do something meaningful instead of just saying they're going to do something.

Drive thru drink was not satisfying ordered a Honey Citrus add peppermint no water. Came back thru drive thru for remake the young man ask me how many pumps of peppermint I said 3to4 he said drive around mam I said I'll pay for it agai. Got to window, Great Customer Service would've say Mam you don't owe us anything have a nice Day. But when you think you deserve money for a remade drink oh well. An did I forgot to mention I worked for Starbucks 13 yrs before I had a work injury 😅 So I definitely know my drink

I have spent more than 15 days consecutively here and never got a single thing wrong. They are careful and kind, coffee is on point and precise. They do adapt and change if needed. Line moves fast and there is absolutely adorable leather chair in the corner which I overused every afternoon. Long hours as well!! Keep it going guys!
