To be completely honest this is the worst Starbucks location in Birmingham,AL. I visited this location a while back and the service was bad, so naturally I didn’t come back. Well running late this morning I ordered a mobile pick up. Arrived to the store, they were closed. Checks their times and they should have been open 30 minutes before I arrived once let inside I asked for a refund because the drinks were not ready mind you I am already running late. I also asked why time did they open because the app let me order. The young lady working responded “we open when we want to”. Safe to say I will not be back even if I am running late and this location is less than 2 minutes from my office.

World‘s worst Starbucks. And that includes the one that left a splendid package in my drink. I’ve spent 20 minutes in the drive-through you can’t even bail because there’s a curb between you and freedom. There were only three cars or four cars in front of me. They are incredibly understaffed. I will never come here again.

Says they open at 5am but no one was there when I arrived to pickup my mobile order. Called corporate and got a refund

Placed a mobile order and arrived at 8:30am to pickup. The store was not open despite opening hours of 5am. Then got harassed by an elderly man bumming off their WiFi outside while trying to figure out why they weren’t open.

They are not open 5 am on Sundays I had arrived to 6:40 and They opened after 7:00 am. The schedules are not correct

Went in around 1:00 Experience was okay but it turned weird when I saw the barista who took my order make a gesture to someone when she noticed I didn’t tip. They took uncomfortably long with my drink, then as another barista was telling me goodbye, there was an unmistakably smug look on her face. I asked for whip cream and they didn’t add it so I thought that might have been the worse of not tipping, but I have been feeling nauseous. I’m gonna reach out, I didn’t wanna cause a scene plus I had to get back to work but I would not come here again. The short girl with olive skin and the black girl who work in the afternoon are strange people.

Edit to say I should have called the manager first and he was really cool about it.

The baristas deserve Oscars for their patience. You’ll watch them nod politely as someone requests a “grande iced, half-caff, oat milk, two-pump, no-foam, extra-light caramel macchiato — stirred, not shaken,” and somehow they still hand over a cup with a smile and your name spelled “Oen.”

This location is always behind. I pull up to order and they ask me to wait to order, and after ordering there’s 2-3 cars still waiting for their order. Seem to need more staff or training.

This is my favorite go to in Birmingham Alabama. I love the service!! Cam, Myles, and Jason are pure perfection and great at their jobs. They know how to put a smile on my face. They can make the start of anyone's day beautiful. Thank you.

Went through drive thru and the three girls inside were so busy cutting up that I guess they forgot how to make a caramel ribbon crunch. It had no crunch at all and taste like nothing more than milk, whip cream and caramel at the very bottom. Very disappointing...
