Drive thru drink was not satisfying ordered a Honey Citrus add peppermint no water. Came back thru drive thru for remake the young man ask me how many pumps of peppermint I said 3to4 he said drive around mam I said I'll pay for it agai. Got to window, Great Customer Service would've say Mam you don't owe us anything have a nice Day. But when you think you deserve money for a remade drink oh well. An did I forgot to mention I worked for Starbucks 13 yrs before I had a work injury 😅 So I definitely know my drink

I have spent more than 15 days consecutively here and never got a single thing wrong. They are careful and kind, coffee is on point and precise. They do adapt and change if needed. Line moves fast and there is absolutely adorable leather chair in the corner which I overused every afternoon. Long hours as well!! Keep it going guys!
I go every morning if they normally don’t have the egg protein box, but this morning they gave me an expired protein box 3/22/24 wow the apples are brown

This place always been good until the last couple weeks. Not sure what’s happening but my brew dark roast coffee tastes bland, watery. The employees chills and talk but not helping customers. Coffee has no flavor. Witnessing many pissed off customers walking out. Not sure Starbucks care to read this review but I have been a daily Starbucks customer for over 20 days and always using the app.
