Took twenty minutes to get a flat white grande after ordering at the counter. This store is very inefficient.

I went today around 7:51pm for my birthday and the staff Adrian, Kelly and Linda were so sweet. I love the service and will be coming back! And I also love my message in my cup.

Waited over 40!!! minutes for my coffee is crazy. The baristas didn’t even check the screen for my order until 5 mins ago! They were just working on other people drinks and talking. There’s 4 of them in the store, not during a rush hour or anything either. None of them took a glance on mobile order.

The cashier working today was a rude lady who acted like it was a big inconvenience when I corrected them about a mistake they made with my drink. Not only was the service bad but the drinks today were awful, hardly any ice/too warm, flavorless, and the cold foam had a bad texture.

Whoever y’all’s window lady is had an attitude for absolutely no reason. 🤦🏻♀️ I’m a big coffee drinker, and I might have made this my regular, daily stop to work. Not anymore.

Only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is because of the young guy with earrings and tattoos, never get rid of him, give him a raise.
The rest of the staff here? Mixed bag, but half of them are just rude, especially the old white lady with glasses.

Did a mobile order all to go to pick it up and have to sit in the drive thru line to get our drinks, didn’t get them until 20 mins after the time they were estimated to be ready. Frustrating when you think it’ll be a quick in and out and then stuck having to sit because you can’t cancel the order you already paid for. I asked if the drinks were even cold since they had been sitting on the counter while we were at the ordering box. When the barista handed us our drinks all she said was the name on the order and nothing else. My drink came out sweating and the cold foam I had ordered for my drink was already melted onto the ice. If you are going to close down the inside of the shop for Mobile orders then turn off the option. Customer’s time and money is important too.

I used to enjoy coming to this location, but that is no longer the case. The last several times I have come to this Starbucks there is a man I believe to be the manager and he is not only unprofessional but isn't kind to the other employees. Also, it takes 10 times longer for me to get a drink. So unfortunately I have had to resort to going to another location for my Starbucks fix. :(

Staff were friendly but extremely slow in the drive through lane. Who proc w is took close to 10 minutes for two drinks.
