i come to this Starbucks every day and I am a paying customer I work in the same plaza as this location and I was denied a cup of ice, even though I told her I will pay for the cup. She told me that the cup is only given to paying customers, and I am a pying customer. i asked her if i could buy it and it was a huge no….. she was rude and not understanding. i’m not sure if it was b/c i was black or what and im not the one to use that phrase but i have never experience that from starbucks with asking for a cup of water

Always polite staff. Not a long wait as long as you go inside. Drive thru can be brutally long. I always do orders for pick up in store.

I am very disappointed with this location. Let me say you can’t tell what person has a disability just based on looking at them. I look like a healthy woman but have multiple disabilities and even a disability placard. I was just released from the hospital after having surgery on my heart. I’m in moderate heart failure and I’m facing open heart surgery in the next few weeks. I wanted a treat after being in the hospital all week and I decided to stop by this Starbucks. As I’m walking into the store a male barista very rudely told me we couldn’t park where we parked because it’s for customers with disabilities. This embarrassed me. Another barista was kinder and explained that spot is for people with disabilities and I told them I had just been released from the hospital from having surgery. Again I have multiple disabilities, I can’t walk 100 feet without getting winded and needing to sit because of my heart. Don’t judge a book by its cover.
Drive thru. Wrong drink. Didn't taste until I got home. I can't drink this due to health reasons.

Do not visit this location. The management is ridiculous, and you will not be welcomed. Kenny Fair is the store manager that very rudely interrupted my work meeting. His claim was that I “disturbed the store ambiance”. I brought to his attention that there were several other people who were in meetings as well, and I informed him that I had a meeting this morning with no complaints. When I brought this to his attention, he backtracked with “I’m not trying to be combative”. Hilarious! He interrupted my meeting while SEVERAL other people were meeting, but only mine is the disturbance? Interesting how we’re in a coffee shop machines loudly buzzing, whipping, and zipping, but my single meeting, is the issue.
I regularly visit here to work, but would discourage anyone to be here that does not fit his imaginary version of quiet. I would have respected him more if he simply said, “I specifically don’t want YOU taking your meeting in my coffee shop”.
