I used to enjoy coming to this location, but that is no longer the case. The last several times I have come to this Starbucks there is a man I believe to be the manager and he is not only unprofessional but isn't kind to the other employees. Also, it takes 10 times longer for me to get a drink. So unfortunately I have had to resort to going to another location for my Starbucks fix. :(

I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha with 3 shots of espresso and 7 pumps of white chocolate. This is close to the worst drink I've ever gotten from Starbucks. It taste like it has no coffee in it much less 3 shots of espresso and it doesn't taste like white chocolate mocha either. It taste like a barely, but badly sweetened water. I'm working so I don't have the time to go back right now. It is sad you pay almost $9 for one drink and it is horrible tasting. For $9 it should taste like it was prepared for a king, President Trump 🤣

i come to this Starbucks every day and I am a paying customer I work in the same plaza as this location and I was denied a cup of ice, even though I told her I will pay for the cup. She told me that the cup is only given to paying customers, and I am a pying customer. i asked her if i could buy it and it was a huge no….. she was rude and not understanding. i’m not sure if it was b/c i was black or what and im not the one to use that phrase but i have never experience that from starbucks with asking for a cup of water

Always polite staff. Not a long wait as long as you go inside. Drive thru can be brutally long. I always do orders for pick up in store.
