I wanna say thanks to the Hoover 459 flyover Starbucks.
Yesterday i went through the drive through at the new Bessemer Starbucks to redeem my free Birthday drink but they charged me for it 🙄🤦🏼♂️.
So today the Hoover Starbucks honored my free Birthday Drink even after my birthday. They were very friendly about it.

I went to this store today and was treated extremely rudely by one of the female employees working behind the counter. I walked to the ladies restroom to use while waiting for my coffee and was yelled at as I walked to the room by the employee telling me customers could only use the men’s restroom. As a female, I do not feel it is appropriate to ask all customers to use one restroom in the store. Why do they even put Flat White on the menu since no matter WHAT you say, you can't get one? We order "flat white" we get a cappuccino. We order "flat white with no foam" we get a cappuccino. We order "flat white with no foam. Remember NO FOAM." we get a cappucino. I'm sick of getting 1/3 of the coffee I paid for removed from my cup. I WANT A ***FLAT*** WHITE!!!
