This is a review for the Starbuck’s off Hywy. 150 near Jason’s Deli. My complaint is about their service. I ordered a frappuccino at the counter. A family of 5-6 came behind me and also ordered. I noticed they began receiving their orders before I got mine and I’d been waiting longer. I was standing near the counter so I approached and kindly asked the woman who appeared to be in charge why hadn’t I gotten my order when I’d ordered first. She said mine was coming up. As I waited, more of their family’s orders continued to be made. When my drink was finally made I told her that it looked unfair and bad from a customer’s perspective when later orders are made ahead of theirs. She said sometimes people order from an app. I told her that didn’t apply because I heard them order at the counter after me. Then she said some drinks take longer to make. That also wasn’t the issue because 2 Frappuccinos were made ahead of mine. It would have been better if she’d just apologized and not make excuses nor lie. As an African American woman I am used to these slights and I usually just let them go, but her refusal to take responsibility was unprofessional. I know mistakes happen, but just own up to them.

Worse caramel macchiato I have had since I have been buying Starbucks, what does extra mean when you ask for it? Still can’t taste the caramel. I did a mobile order and went inside to pick it up while two other ladies picked up their stuff on my way out an associate is stopping me why didn’t you stop the other ladies is it because I’m black?
Ugh - patronizing staff. Drive through register wasn’t functional and instead of putting up a sign to alert customer and trying accommodating customers who may be be able to come inside they provided no options and were arrogant about that. “Too bad for you”
Asked for extra cookie crumble in my drink and they put zero cookie crumble…absolutely ridiculous guys, I usually tip yall when I go but won’t ever again !

We love coming by here after dinner at Firebirds. But tonight we were surprised that they closed 10min early!! Very disappointing! If your website says you’re open until 7:30, you should keep serving people until 7:30.

I’m getting really tired of this silly little Starbucks. I ordered light ice and these damn idiots continue to fill my drink up halfway with the actual drink and the rest with ice. It’s so ridiculous that I have to drink some mf warm juice with no ice just so I can actually get the drink freaking idiots
