I’ve been to this site many times over the last 10 years. Always had a good experience. I had a very positive and unusual dine in experience on Sunday morning. The cashier was extremely engaging. Complementary. Genuine. Friendly. They served me with a real mug and a real plate. The barista actually brought it out to me. This is absolutely freaking amazing! Beautiful experience!

Went inside to order because 5 cars were in the drive-thru, no biggie. Ordered 3 drinks and 10 minutes later, my name is called and 1 drink is ready. I’m standing for around 5 making eye contact with employees so I asked about my other two drinks and say they don’t have the ticket. They were acting like I wasn’t making sense. After asking for my name again and looking at the IPad, I was told 2/3 of my drinks were pushed to the back of the queue. 20+ minutes while I watched cars roll out the drive thru and 1 other person inside get their drink, I finally got mine.

Also, in November 2025 I bought basically an egg sandwich for $6 which was supposed to be a bacon gouda. Only one slice of thin bacon broken in half.

Staff are friendly and the coffee is as good as Starbucks coffee is expected to be. Food is heated up as to be served warm and tastes okay. Salem is an excellent barista!

Not a huge coffee fan but I do door – and the employees are willfully negligent when it comes to setting orders and places they're not supposed to never called out the name of the order that I was supposed to pick up instead of in a spot that was extremely inconvenient for me and made me wait longer because they never told me that the order was ready if possible I need to get in contact with the store owner that's not okay I'm waiting for a customer not for myself I'm a very patient person but I am also in the service industry so you cannot inconvenience the customer because you are being petty all employees were mindfully ignoring me as well very poor customer service

I ordered a shaken espresso with salted caramel cold foam. Unfortunately, I had to turn around in traffic and wait another 10 minutes just to get back in line because my drink was made incorrectly. When I finally received the “fix,” the employee simply handed me a cup of cold foam to pour into my now watered-down drink (since the ice had already melted), and did so with a smug smile. She did not offer to remake the drink.

I called the manager on duty, hoping for a better response, but she came across as unapologetic and uncaring. She stated that it was company policy—set by the CEO—to “fix” my drink by handing me foam and making me do it myself. She then told me I could either drive back again or contact customer service.

For a $7.89 drink, I expected better service, accountability, and care for the customer experience.

Parking: Pretty fast and friendly staff.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty parking, but no accessible doors.
