I let the cashier know i had a big order (6 drinks).She immediately stopped and called for help. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for my order to be taken. They would not have taken my order if she didn’t receive help.Also why no online ordering?

Love the food they put Carmel in my drink and I am allergic to Carmel so I went back and they got my order right so just an honest mistake so pretty nice place

I just left this location. Ordered a grande black coffee, nothing special. The young lady put coffee into the cup, walked over to the sink and added water. I asked her why was she adding water and her response was “to heat it up.” Hmm.. what. She did remake me an individual cup. It was weak, with way too many coffee grounds to enjoy. So disappointing. I brought it back and received a full refund. Went to the location by fresh market instead.

It's just a typical Starbucks, but I will say that the employees are very nice. My app wouldn't let me use my points (which wasn't their fault) but they gave me my drink for free anyway! Super nice :)

My husband went in and ordered 2 mocha cookie crumbles. He received 2 caramel machiatos, so he asked the "barista" to remake it. Idk what we received, but it was watered down and tasted and looked nothing like a MCC. So I went in and asked for a refund. The poor girl clearly didn't know what she was doing. So she asks this guy in the back how to do a refund. He tells me I have to go to Target's guest services, which makes no sense since I used the Starbucks app. But I asked if HE could make a MCC. He tells me that's what my caramel colored, chunked ice, flavorless "drink" is... I told him I've been drinking them for years and they have never looked or tasted like that. He asks if I want another remake (3rd remake now). I thought that maybe this guy knew what he was doing since it was the girl that made them before, and I really didn't want to deal with guest services, so I said yes. He handed me chocolate syrup with chunked ice and some whipped cream on top. I finally just go to guest services where they can't do anything about refunding my money (and why would they have anything to do with the Starbucks app anyway), so I had to settle for a $15 gift card. The whole process took about an hour. Do NOT go here, the workers are incompetent. The other person that said this is the worst Starbucks in the country wasn't lying.

Is by far the worst Starbucks in the country. It's amazing they're not really that busy but they don't even have enough of anything. Here it is summer time and they don't even have iced tea or lemonade or anything that's cold. It's a good thing I like Starbucks because if I didn't I'd never go to a Starbucks again. But in my opinion they should just close this Starbucks and put a Dunkin' Donuts or put in a self service because it be better than the employees that work this one.

I LOVE STARBUCK. BUT IT CAN BE CONFUSING SOMETIMES. one time I went to starbucks and the tall refesher was $5 so which is kinda pricy for a drink. But another time i went to a different Starbucks and it was $5 for the venti. like ok? But Starbucks is going it is just cost a good amount.
