I wanna say thanks to the Hoover 459 flyover Starbucks.

I went to this store today and was treated extremely rudely by one of the female employees working behind the counter. I walked to the ladies restroom to use while waiting for my coffee and was yelled at as I walked to the room by the employee telling me customers could only use the men’s restroom. As a female, I do not feel it is appropriate to ask all customers to use one restroom in the store. I kindly asked the woman why they only had one restroom and instead of her treat

The Starbucks is closed? Why? Everything else in the Galleria is open. Is it your goal to not make money or serve your customer's? It's a long walk from the parking lot to find out your not serving. Mall is full of ppl so that can't be the reason.

Very friendly service! They accidentally made me an iced white chocolate mocha when I ordered it hot, they fixed my order and was very friendly and gave me both! Highly recommend! excellent service and very friendly!

Why do they even put Flat White on the menu since no matter WHAT you say, you can't get one? We order "flat white" we get a cappuccino. We order "flat white with no foam" we get a cappuccino. We order "flat white with no foam. Remember NO FOAM." we get a cappucino. I'm sick of getting 1/3 of the coffee I paid for removed from my cup. I WANT A ***FLAT*** WHITE!!!

I have been to a couple of Starbucks but this Starbucks has the best drive thru service ever we went to celebrate my dogs birthday Lucy loved the Pupichino and I loved my Mango refresher will hopefully be back in the future
