Very friendly service! They accidentally made me an iced white chocolate mocha when I ordered it hot, they fixed my order and was very friendly and gave me both! Highly recommend! excellent service and very friendly!
The staff were efficient as possible, but the company should consider moving its commercial lease to a bigger space within this mall. Expect long lines at busy times and customers that litter the floor with waste. Also, I don't blame the staff, but several regular menu items were unavailable because of either lack of supplies or broken machines.
We stopped by to grab a drink before shopping at the Galleria. I ordered an iced coffee with cream and monk fruit sweetener as I do at home. They did not have it, so I asked for stevia and she wasn’t sure if they had it either but told me to look at the service table. It was double star day and I gave her my gold card to pay for my friends drink and mine. She had ordered an iced tea plain. She insisted on paying but the girl wasn’t sure had to credit my card and take my friends...
