First few times were really good experiences. Lately coming here it's been really bad. I started coming to this location because it was closer to my house and on my way to work. Well this morning, I placed my order like normal on the app to pick it up. Walk in the store to grab it, but it wasn't ready which isn't a big deal. What bothered me the most is, I saw the barista making my drink (which at first I didn't know it was my drink) and she seemed lost. She put it in the blender and left it there for a while. Another barista was asking me what I was waiting for and I told her and she was looking for it. Once she found it, I saw her grab it from the blender (which was sitting in the blender for a minute) and gave it to me. I was bothered because I was late for work but I really didn't wanna seem rude and rush them to make my drink because they were doing their jobs too. I'm just bothered because once she started my drink, she stopped, grabbed the headset and started working drive thru and didn't communicate to anyone that she was making a drink or asked if someone could finish since she was moving to a different area. If I knew that was my drink I would've said something or even questioned it. I get it, it's busy in the mornings and people are wanting coffee for work, but at least finish making one drink before doing another task or communicate with someone about finishing it. Oh and once I got the drink it was definitely not made right. It was missing the cinnamon dolce syrup and barley any strawberry puree which was frustrating. Once I asked about it, it was too late at this point because I was running late and couldn't wait for another drink. I thought this location would be great because it's new and it's right by my house and on my way to work but I guess not.
