Horrible experience!!! Whoever was the young girl at the drive thru was horrible!! She did not secure the lids of the drinks and half of one of the drinks spilled everywhere, she barely tried to get the drinks to my hands so I had to reach all the way to the window and to add insult to injur I said thank you have a good day and she rolled her eyes to the point I thought she had a stroke!! I just hate the fact that it doesn't matter how nice you are to people, some people are just nasty for the fun of it!! It's like they are doing you a favor by handling you a coffee you pay for!! Horrible experience.

I come to this location all the time. The coffee's great and the staff is always friendly. I make a somewhat long drive to reach this store, and now twice they've had the dining room closed. I would appreciate if these changes in hours could be posted on their bulletin board a week or so in advance so that I wouldn't repeatedly waste my money on gas.

You either get some really god food, or they just mess up your order. I ordered a bacon, egg and Gouda sandwich and I had ask for the egg taken off. TWO TIMES WITHIN A WEEK, YALL DONT TAKE THE EGG OFF. It’s ridiculous. Also, if this helps, it was on a Sunday :) But like other days I go there, when I go inside, some of these people have attitudes, like oh I’m sorry go back to your job!

I really wanted to like this location but the constant disappointment of drinking a coffee that taste disgusting because they are not consistent with how they make their iced coffees, I am now driving across town to the other Trussville location cause If I’m paying $7+ for a drink it should be drinkable and be topped off cause most of the time it looks like it’s had several sips out of it already, not sure if they are just completely leaving out ingredients or what but maybe the staff need retraining on how to make the drinks correctly. Don’t even get me started with how slow they are with hot food menu items you can literally drink your whole coffee while you wait 30 minutes for croissant ?
