Coffee is always prepared as ordered & is delicious. The baristas have been helpful when ordering vegan coffees.

Vegetarian options: Oatmilk & other non-dairy options are available to substitute in the coffees & drinks.

I really wanted to like this location but the constant disappointment of drinking a coffee that taste disgusting because they are not consistent with how they make their iced coffees, I am now driving across town to the other Trussville location cause If I’m paying $7+ for a drink it should be drinkable and be topped off cause most of the time it looks like it’s had several sips out of it already, not sure if they are just completely leaving out ingredients or what but maybe the staff need retraining on how to make the drinks correctly. Don’t even get me started with how slow they are with hot food menu items you can literally drink your whole coffee while you wait 30 minutes for croissant ?

I ordered a sandwich for the 1st time, and $7 & sum change, it was like a hotpocket out of a mickrowave. Didnt even put in a bag with one napkin. Horrible, absolutly beyond dissapointed.

Was really happy when 7brew opened so this Starbucks wouldnt be as busy because I like to swing by in the mornings on my way to work….HOWEVER the service here has went downhill. I put my order in through the app always when I’m about 15-20mins away so USUALLY it will be done by the time I get there….here lately it’s never done even though the parking lot and drive through line has been empty or only have a few people. The last 4 times is “oh well it not ready yet but we are working on it you can go ahead and pull around”. the coffee hasn’t been that great lately unfortunately idk if they have new people or what but i get the exact same coffee each time…it hasn’t tasted the same not once here lately and only half the time is good. This morning I once again did a mobile order ahead of time but I got a refresher this time instead of my usual coffee. Got there. Was very happy to see there was only one person ahead of me in the drive through line…once again “it’s not ready but we are working on it”…okay fine. It’s just a refresher and a pumpkin cream cheese muffin not to hard…? that car and I sat there for a few mins just waiting but when I got to the window they immediately handed me my order and I headed to work. There was quite a line behind us now…well I should have checked my muffins and tasted my drink before I pulled away because the refresher tasted like water with cut up strawberries and they didn’t even give me the right muffin.

I’m grateful that one of the baristas took the time to educate me on the types of drinks I was ordering. I took my kids there for a treat and my youngest twin requested something with a ton of caffeine unbeknownst to me. I’m glad that he took the time to help me, a person who doesn’t know much about coffee.

I have come through this location a few times now and I just wanted to highlight one of the employees. Ben is always pleasant with a bright smile each morning I've visited and makes me feel like he truly cares. My white mocha is consistently made well but the customer service is what keeps me coming back. Great job Ben!!

Today was BOGO day and the manager only staffed 3 teenagers to run it. People were waiting minimum 30 mins they were so behind. A customer was throwing stuff around, screaming at the staff and they all remained professional. The guy even calmly tried to talk her down but that was NOT happening.
And this all couldve been avoiding with more staff. Was the manager there? No. They should be required if employees are that short. This is TERRIBLE. 100% to the three there, manager should be fired.

The drink I had was absolutely fantastic, but the service was severely lacking I was right behind a friend of mine who ordered their drink and got their drink within maybe 2 minutes and the person who took her order walked away from me and left me standing to place my order for about 5 minutes before someone else recognize that hey maybe that guy has an order too.

Customer service is terrible! My order was placed on the counter without my name being called. And the guy that prepared it, frowned at me the entire time. I didn’t trust it, so I left it there.
