Starbucks has always been decent at treating the DoorDash drivers that help ensure Starbucks makes at least 1/3 of its revenue, but this location on lakeshore drive decided it would be hilarious to disrespect me and a few other drivers this morning by making us stand in line at the register with paying customers for a long time, when the order doesn’t need to be paid for.. then laughed at us standing there wasting our time.. unprofessional!

This Starbucks was good until about 3 months ago. Mobile order for just a brew coffee takes 20+ minutes after arrived. In house order is even worst. I ordered my brew coffee at the counter and waited 10 minutes witnessing the staffs chilled and talk but no coffee was made. After I asked for my brew coffee, they then tell me that that are out of creamer and offer no solution. So pissed that I walked out without my coffee. Yeah, It's only 5 bucks. They can have it. I will never come back. BTW, bakery is barely toast and cold inside. I don't think Starbucks even care of this review, but hope reader see this and avoid this location.

Went inside today because the drive thru line was extremely long. Had 1 gentleman ahead of me in line he was given his drink and left while two other customers were seated total of 3 customers on the inside. After standing there for a while the worker tells me there is a 30 minute wait for drinks! 30 minutes while you only have 3 customers in here. This place always has bad customer service either the way is extremely long on the inside or your been given the wrong drinks.

I get Starbucks daily from different places but I refuse to come back to this Starbucks anymore. Every time I try to get my regular coffee here it’s always something. Out of stock, my coffee is made wrong, or an hour and a half wait time for a single drink. The service is terrible. Employees refusing to acknowledge you, not knowing how to refund items, not telling you about missing items, coffee quality, cleanliness and so much more. There is no excuse for the service coming from this location. The drive through is “sometimes” tolerable because they are nice but you better not have anywhere to be. It’s still a 20-35 minute wait time for mobile orders for drive through. I just want the extra caramel I pay 60¢ for every time man….

Coffee is good most of the time and the staff is nice but the service is almost always so slow. The amount of times I had to wait over 30 minutes is ridiculous. Today I waited 45 minutes for a sandwich. You better not have anywhere you need to be when you order here.

Beyond the fact that service here is greatly inconsistent depending on who is working (some of the workers are awesome!), some of the workers feel actively malicious. I ordered a trenta pink with lite ice, a reasonable order seeing as it’s cold enough that I won’t even leave the house without a jacket. Instead, I receive so much ice it looks like the worker actively tried to fill the cup completely with ice. Dissapointed.

Today I was picking up my app order at this location. It was really bad experience overall extremely slow service, the avocado spread bag come completely empty and on top of that americano coffee come extremely deluted coffee. I will never use this location again.

I never really leave reviews but I have to for this Starbucks. Don’t let the location of off the interstate fool you, if you are passing by and in a hurry; GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. It is slow as heck, especially if you go inside! Drive thru seemed like it was moving maybe they prioritize the drive thru and don’t give a damn about the customers inside but such a terrible slow experience, wasted 30 mins waiting on a Iced coffee 😞
