My husband’s coffee is good. They were out of what they needed to make the drink I wanted so just a water for me. The service was extremely slow, even though it was not busy. The staff were friendly.

HORRIBLE!!!! They serve water down drinks then when you tell them it tastes like water they want you to pay extra to make taste like what it should already the only time it’s done right is when the manager steps in .

Beth is incredibly rude. Not sure how she was able to get a management position with such poor customer service skills

This is my least favorite Starbucks cafe. Everytime we get our coffee from here, we always have issues with our drinks being made and also they never EVER answer the phone when I call. The line is always busy, ao if you have any urgent concerns or questions, I wouldn't even bother calling.

I visited the Starbucks in Metroplex area, Birmingham Alabama. Very spacious store and spread out, there's even a separate study room with a long table and plugs for students and you can even reserve the room for meetings. The staff is very friendly and courteous, the bathrooms are clean and fully stocked. There's nothing I don't like about this location loveseats but they're large rectangle cushions. Who doesn't love that?
Starbucks will give out a free coffee today Nationwide, Starbucks corporate saying thank you to veterans.
Parking: There is an outside seating area with at least six tables and plenty of chairs with umbrellas over the tables!
Kid-friendliness: Most Starbucks locations are kid-friendly. I say most cuz I've never been to all of them.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp by the front door and the access to the outside seating area. And there's one over by Chase bank right next door. And plenty of wheelchair parking.
I ordered a hot white chocolate and all a regular hot chocolate they did not mix it right. The white chocolate tastes like just half and half. The regular one tease like it was just thrown togather
