My husband’s coffee is good. They were out of what they needed to make the drink I wanted so just a water for me. The service was extremely slow, even though it was not busy. The staff were friendly.

This is my least favorite Starbucks cafe. Everytime we get our coffee from here, we always have issues with our drinks being made and also they never EVER answer the phone when I call. The line is always busy, ao if you have any urgent concerns or questions, I wouldn't even bother calling.

I visited the Starbucks in Metroplex area, Birmingham Alabama. Very spacious store and spread out, there's even a separate study room with a long table and plugs for students and you can even reserve the room for meetings. The staff is very friendly and courteous, the bathrooms are clean and fully stocked. There's nothing I don't like about this location loveseats but they're large rectangle cushions. Who doesn't love that?
Starbucks will give out a free coffee today Nationwide, Starbucks corporate saying thank you to veterans.
Parking: There is an outside seating area with at least six tables and plenty of chairs with umbrellas over the tables!
Kid-friendliness: Most Starbucks locations are kid-friendly. I say most cuz I've never been to all of them.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp by the front door and the access to the outside seating area. And there's one over by Chase bank right next door. And plenty of wheelchair parking.
I ordered a hot white chocolate and all a regular hot chocolate they did not mix it right. The white chocolate tastes like just half and half. The regular one tease like it was just thrown togather

Wonderful open Starbucks location with plenty of room and an enclosed area for commutes and private sitting. Staff were very polite and happy to serve customers.

I come to this location about twice a month and the customer service never lacks. Cam is amazing, she greeted me within the first five seconds of opening the door and made me feel incredibly welcome. Definitely a winning team!

My son wanted Starbucks today so went to this location website says they close at 6 pm we got there at 4:15 nobody came on the intercom or to the window to let people know you decided not to serve anymore and that's fine it's your business but common courtesy goes along way I will not go to this location anymore. What really got to me was when the female employee came to window to do her register and completely ignored us how are we supposed to know you closed oh by ignoring customers.

I went to this location and ordered a double smoked bacon and cheddar with no bacon, a blueberry muffin, and a grande caramel frappe with extra caramel drizzle…. My frappe was pretty much melted when I got it and extremely light. So I asked the cashier was she sure that this is my drink.. she said “yes”. There was no extra caramel, the cup wasn’t even lined and it tasted horrible. It tasted like it had been sitting there for awhile before it was given to me. They seem like they were rushing and I was not satisfied at all.
