I went in at like 3pm and the people making the drinks are just talking and the girl had to make my drink 2 different times and still wasn’t even close to what I ordered and it’s on the sticker and they are actually so lazy. When I’m paying 11 dollars for a drink and you can’t make it even somewhat right when it’s so basic it’s really frustrating. I ordered a cold brew with protein cold foam and my coffee was grainy and she put chocolate sauce in it and with most of the cup being ice after I ordered light ice.

My coffee is almost always made right when I order from here. However, I do all my ordering from the app, and this location fails to keep their drink and food stock up to date. The store itself is always clean. The service is terrible. The staff is not rude, but they do like to spend a lot of time chit-chatting and looking at their phones - and that's me putting it lightly. Whoever works the mobile order kiosk that notifies customers about the status of their order needs to be re-trained. I just got out from this location after waiting 20+ minutes for a drink I ordered from the app that said it was "ready for pickup" before I arrived. I do not recommend this location at all if you're visiting UAB. If you're a student, this is all we got.

I do not plan to visit this location any more because I went specifically to use a Starbucks promotion advertised on the Starbucks app. and was told "we don't do promotions." So my policy on that is "I do not patronize your location."

Worst Starbucks ever. Second time I’ve place a mobile order way in advance and still waited over 20 minutes to get my drink. The girl that works there prioritizes people she knows over anyone else. I had to ask about my order after she made at least 5 of people who just walked in. When it was made it was watered down and tasted awful. I ended up throwing it away. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Worst Starbucks EVER!!! I'm scared to even drink it now because After I stood in line waiting for my mobile order for 30 minutes for nothing more than a coffee I had to complain that others were getting their orders that were placed long after mine!!! Also the one gal removed trash then handled food with out washing hands or wearing gloves!!!! Stupid college kids think this great but, I am NOT going to drink this coffee! For fear the staff adulterated it after I complained! NEVER AGAIN! I am THRU with Starbucks!!!

I love the Starbucks in the Hill Center, I mostly come in the mornings. RO and her Staff are everything. They are super nice and fast. S/O to RiRi she makes the best medicine bomb. Which is definitely needed for the cold weather. I get it so much she knows what I'm coming for when she see's my face lol Thanks Ladies and Gents for always making my day ?

A nurse told my girlfriend what ethnicity she couldn't put on her paperwork. Her exact words were " that can't be right " You have to change it". It's a shame we have bigotry and racism amongst individuals who we put trust in with our lives. Slick condescending remarks is totally unprofessional and needs to be investigated. We are watching.
