The staff is under trained and slow. The products are often poorly made and the staff is often borderline rude. They regularly run out of items that they shouldn't, like straws or cups. Overall, you can tell this is run by sodexo and not Starbucks corporate. All around subpar
This place has very inconsistent beverage quality. You must be on the lookout for baristas that are knowledgeable enough to make anything minutely complex. The staff is nice and full of energy. This combination makes for a welcoming atmosphere so long as you are willing to suffer a bad drink or three.
