just nowI was visiting the Birmingham Airport in Alabama and ordered 2 coffees from terminal C and I spilled one of my entire coffees right in front of the store. Quickly an employee sweet as can be came out and helped me clean up while the other employee remade my coffee for FREE without me asking!! It is my first flight and my nerves are shot and this act of kindness from both of your employees made my day better. Thank you starbies!!

Said they opened at 4:30am at 4am,waited an hour, would have walked to the other coffee shop had they just told me, but at 5:10 they still weren’t open and I had to run to my flight.

I ordered a caramel frap at the A-gate Starbucks in the Birmingham, AL airport. It was hardly sweet at all. I took it back and was told VERY loudly by a young woman that frappuccinos are not sweet to which I responded I’ve had like 500 fraps before and I know what they are supposed to taste like. Another very polite young man named Eric remade my drink with no questions asked. He behaved as someone in customer service SHOULD. If I’m going to pay $7.15 for a drink I want it made correctly.

Worst service ever! Was short changed waited 30 minutes for a regular coffee. When I asked about my order they got snooty with me. Unbelievable!

Starbucks needs to staff this location with people who want to be there. The staff I encounter on 6/18 were unfriendly and borderline rude. My beverage took almost 6 minutes for preparation. Whoever manages this location is doing a terrible job.

I’m sorry but this Starbucks isn’t it. They are always short staffed and I feel so bad for the workers here. Starbucks has neglected this store and it shows

I see a lot of negative reviews but when I was here at 6:30 I didn't have any trouble. They had five people ahead of me and got me in and out in more than a reasonable amount of time. My order was correct and they were friendly.Update: Here again 8 months later and they opened on time in horrible stormy weather that I thought would cause them to be late to work. Service was great. Very friendly young lady. Believe me when I say that I really wanted to hate on them after reading all the reviews, but I can't lie.

The girl is working by herself. I mean wow!! She can memorize your order and have the patients to serve everyone. I counted that she served both food and drinks to 15 people in a 20 minute time frame. Not impressive? Well, each customer on average had 2 drinks a piece. Now add on top all the modifications people made on their drinks. All I know is that @Starbucks should give her a huge raise. SHE is the reason this location thrives. Keep up the good work!!
