OMGOSH!!!! I ate at Steel City last night (12/21/22) as I am staying on property at the HI. We had a party of six. EVERY ORDER WAS SUPERB!! I had the grilled pork chops, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes! Delicious!!! The pork chops - yes two came on my order - were grilled to perfection! They were great cuts and TENDER! The mac and cheese and the potatoes were both homemade and delightfully seasoned! I almost asked the waiter if the cook was married! I want to carry him home...read full review
