WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! I ordered an overnight delivery on August 10th and it was never delivered. I have tried contacting them numerous times with little to no response. Most posted phone numbers are disconnected! Money was deducted immediately and still has not been resolved!

Love these. I have tried almost all the flavors and buttermilk is the best. Like cheesecake on a stick. The original owner has sold the business and the new owners don't have a working phone. Never heard of a business that doesn't have a phone to inquire about product availability.

I got the coconut with caramel drizzle and Graham crackers crumbs. Husband got the strawberry and creme with white chocolate drizzle and toasted coconut. Was delicious! A bit pricy but great refreshing treat.

Completely negligent delivery service. I'm being forced to dispute the charge after weeks of no communication whatsoever. I'm sure the storefront is lovely, but they need to remove the delivery options from their website if they intend to not fulfill them.

Great variety and delicious. Definitely get the dip and toppings added. Pricier than I expected but worth an occasional visit.

Their selection was slightly lacking but overall the experience was good and the Popsicles tasted great.

Steel City Pops has been completely a nightmare to work with! I needed pops for today and tomorrow so, I ordered a total of $4,000 of pops online. I was unable to select a store pick up I had no choice to select local delivery. I tried emailing every email address I could find for information on when these pops would be delivered, then when that was a fail I called any and all phone numbers I could find to which they are all showing disconnected. I even went by the Summit store location to speak to someone. I was assured someone would give me a call. Now, today I still have no pops, no phone calls, and no emails. I need pops for tomorrow but not very confident I will have them then either. As these pops will be delivered to individual offices it’s not a catering order so I get the feeling you all couldn’t care less about the order. Maybe a sale of $4000.00 isn’t much, but I am done with trying to track down everyone I can possibly track down. I will be fine to never try to conduct business with you all again.

Delicious popsicles with many different flavor and topping options! I brought my entire mission team tonight and received great service! Kate was the only person on shift, and she handled our entire crew efficiently and with such kindness! She made our experience even better! Highly recommend.

Do not place a catering order! I went to pick mine up on the day they told me to and they forgot to get it ready. They could not complete my order and now the catering manager has been ghosting me for 2 weeks. The staff at the store said they also messed up a wedding the same day. Terrible service and they still have my money!

This is a good popsicle place and bad business - they will sell you an *excellent* popsicle if you walk in the store But be warned: their online order system does take your money, does send an “order is ready” notice (see below!) but they don’t have any way to deliver on that after they take payment I ordered on a Monday and arrived at the store on a Tuesday with an “order is ready” message on my phone Their poor staff person had no idea that there were any orders, as there is no tracking or method to check orders in the Steel City store, even if one has received a notice that it is ready for pickup at that same shop. She searched around and confessed they had no way to know what this order was, despite the reality I had already paid for it. She explained that she only knows about online orders if someone in a warehouse gives her a personal call. In this case “Your order is ready” was simply an automatic message sent 18 hours after taking payment, not related to preparing anything. Given no other way to proceed, I handed her my phone and I waited outside the store while a beleaguered Steel City Pops employee used my phone’s browser to manually fill the order. Of course this made me late for the event I had invited my office staff too. No blame placed on the employee here. The online order system is just an online portal for receiving money but not method to fill the orders, “ready” or not. It is obviously bad for customers but also really bad for frontline employees who have to try to figure out what to do with no information or support

Steel City Pops is a great, refreshing treat on a warm summer day. The vanilla bean and coconut are my favorites. My hubby like the Arnold Palmer. There is something for every pallet. Be sure to check them out.

We tried the strawberries and cream pop and it was fantastic! I love that they use clean ingredients and had a variety of flavors!
