Subway in Birmingham

“Stopped in after midnight and my expectations were totally exceeded. The entire store was immaculate. Dining room was clean, store was stocked with everything we wanted, and the sandwich artist was amazing. She made our sandwiches perfectly. Will definitely go to this subway again as most subways have lost the care to serve or clean properly.“

“Every time I go to the subway, I am greeted by name, and every employee E. is so nice the food is always delicious and it’s always a pleasant experience. if I’ve been having a bad day I go eat Subway for lunch just so I can have a good smile put on my face because everybody is so nice that works there. The food is always good and it’s reasonably priced. Thank you for all you do and I’ll keep coming back.“

“The costumer service is amazing. Went there on my lunch break today and this one girl was working by herself. She was fast and friendly. She told me her uncle owned the subway and if you see this please give her a raise. She deserves it.“

“My go to place for a good fast meal. The subs I get are just the way I want. The service is great. However, I am perplexed that the establishment is void of customers when I visit after work hours. Good for me on my way to an event at the BJCC or the not to far away high school.

Parking: Parking is in rear of building away from the front entrance.“

“Years ago, i contacted Google to get this place correctly listed. And, back then, they had a good staff. Now, i'm not so sure about this new crew. They have strange hours and i've seen the place closed on a Saturday and the "open" sign running at 3:45am.“

I'm not just another "face in the crowd." The owner, Andy is amazing! He's gone above and beyond when I've needed sandwich trays for different events. Amazing service!“

“I ordered through the app! Asked for extra mayonnaise and got no mayonnaises! Good thing I was headed to the house, because my sandwich tasted like pure mustard, but I only ordered regular mustard! The woman behind the counter kept charging a patient like $3.00 for a small drink! The service was awful and the cashier seemed to speak little English! This experience makes me not want to visit Subway for a long time! Absolutely Awful! ?

Parking: Had to pay to park, because the cashier took so long! Worst experience ever with Subway!“

“The service could definitely be friendlier but the food was good,fresh veggies and meat though the condiments are a bit bland but you get in and out and there is indoor and outdoor dining areas as most of the restaurants in the area have and the sandwiches go down easily but the drinks tasted a little funny ,other than that this a good place to eat and cheap as well“

“After going to two other locations and leaving because they were rude… we ended up at this subway. We didn’t get here until 530 and they closed at 6. We were hoping and praying they took us. We needed 5 foot longs. Upon entering we were greeted. There was an older lady alone and she got right to work on our orders with no hesitation and with a smile. As she was finishing up a gentleman came in to finish helping her. No attitudes, didn’t make us feel unwanted….. She was even nice enough to let my two children use the restroom even though there’s no public restroom. I would definitely visit again.“

“Moleke is the man, always remembers My name and my order.always friendly and professional to everyone I see him interact with. Honestly I think he has too much talent for his position. When other employees might be goofing off (so it seems) moleke is back there holding it down..he deserves a promotion and a big raise. Good help is hard to find. Better appreciate when you have such a stellar employee.“

“My family and I like to go here quite often. It is near and clean and I love how they can close the glass cases on the food especially during this time while COVID, the flu and RSV are running rampant! My fíance and I have discovered the pizzas that we put extra marinara sauce on, then pepperoni, cappicoli (spiced ham), tomatoes, black olives and anything else then top it with mozzarella and parmesan cheese toast it and wha-la!!! It's an excellent personal pan pizza!!¡! They have salami too!!! Try it but be warned, they have a bunch of great looking new sandwiches too!!!! Really good Subway and please tip the workers in that on the counter!! They aren't allowed to write tip jar on it for some reason but that's what it is!!!“

“Good customer service & the server know how to use her gloves..she take them off when touching sauces & seasonings ..I definitely don't mind her making my food !! That's the appropriate way remove gloves wen not touching food ..put on when touching food ..she understands the assignment !!!“

“Had such a good meal. We aren’t local we just happened to stop the two ladies were very nice and we’re on point with the sauces I’ve had it happen where they aren’t careful with the sauce and it’s leaks from the sides and bread gets soggy and it makes a mess when u open the wrapper that was not the case here sand which was the best I’ve had from a subway ?“

“This Subway was absolutely amazing! We ordered almost 10 different sandwiches and the employee who took our order moved quickly and was sooo kind to us! We visit this Subway quite frequently and they are always quick and treat us and their other customers kindly.“

“After going to the Centerpoint and Huffman locations and learning they did not take coupons that come thru mail I was quite disappointed! Someone in the Ctrpt location said,"they take those in Pinson. I was thrilled! I had been craving a club sub from Subway and having to go from location to location made me quite irritated. I am senior citizen and I use my coupons. Everything is so high nowadays. All locations should take them!! Thank you Pinson for taking my coupon tho I had to pay extra for one of the 3 meats on club!!“

“This location is much better than most Subways in town. The staff seems to turn over less often which means they have veterans that can make sandwiches quickly. Other Subways in town are painfully slow. This one is much better. I only take off 1 star because the meats are cut so thin (at all Subways).“

“Love the renovations at this Subway! The space feels neat, inviting, and well-organized. I ordered a veggie wrap today, and as always, it was delicious. The staff was friendly and greeted me right when I walked in, making me feel welcome. The dining area was also spotless—definitely a great spot for a quick, enjoyable meal.“

“Nice chain restaurant establishment conveniently located in the financial district of Birmingham. The salads and sandwiches are good and the bread is always fresh. I’m a fan of the Cold Cut Combo, Italian BMT, Meatball Sub, and the Black Forest Ham. The Buffalo Chicken and Chicken Teriyaki are good too. You can turn any sandwich into a salad as well. The pizzas are pretty good as well. Oh, and don’t forget the cookies. Parking can be a challenge.“

“My son and I love this location . Ms Brenda was the MVP THERE WHERE 7 customers in line and she was the only associate on the counter . We saw at least 3 other employees busseling around , nobody helped Mrs Brenda . She never skipped a beat . She was friendly and never lost her cool . This store is blessed to have this fine lady .

Parking: Never seen such a clean parking lot“
