I applaud them for making a big lunch order on the spot, however being neglectful of time In which a sandwich is in the toaster and then slapping new cheese on top of burnt cheese to cover it.. mind you this is a flatbread veggie... The flat bread was stiff, and they continue to make the sandwich.. it is so hard I can't bite it.. but I didn't know that until I opened it. Seriously, not ok.. I've had decent experience here, but advocate for yourself and don't take food if you dont check it first. Trying to be polite bc they are busy isn't any good if they don't extend the same courtesy

The churro was stale tasting and reeked of onions and tasted like them too. It was hard to bite into and reminded me of a stick. Besides the horrible tasting churro the guava drink is a 10/10 and the subs are always good. Maybe you should stick to what you’re good at subway

I’ll never come back to this location. My tuna was the amount of a condiment instead of the main meat. I had to get al the veggies possible to make a decent lunch for $15. I’ll be going down the street to Jimmy John’s for now on and will advise everyone in my building to do the same.
The food is good, but the communication is awful.
Went in with a coupon for a sub and was told I was limited to the standard ham, turkey, or regular chicken by the woman in charge. It was late and I, short on time, decided to pay full price for a poorly prepared Great Garlic. The ingredients were not spread throughout the sandwich resulting in bites full of one veggie at a time. And the sauce and mayo only on one side of the sandwich. The young girl that made my sandwich seemed to be in training but the woman in charge was no help. Downloaded the app today and guess what? I used the coupon no problem for a Great Garlic.

The wait in line wasn’t too long and the two girls were sweet. After receiving my order, I went to the seating area and began to eat.I decided to get a refill and pushed the ice dispenser. Surprisingly, a large fly wrapped in a sheet of slimy algae popped out into what was left of my drink. My stomach shrank. I carried my cup to the counter to show one of the girls. She looked into my cup and without acknowledging the insect in the green bedsheet resting between my ice cubes, said,” I guess you want another cup.” I said, “no.”

The quality of the food was not the best and I no longer think Subway is a good value for the money. I ordered a salad with turkey, and something in the salad had a very off taste. Also, the salad bowls are much smaller than they used to be, and the price is much higher for what you get; it was $12 for basically a small side salad with a few slices of turkey. They put the same amount of veggies on a sandwich! I mean this thing was tiny! I won’t be going back, as there are other restaurants in the area with better tasting and more filling salads.
I've been to this Subway a few times, but my latest visit was a doozy. This location managed to get all 3 strikes on a single visit:1) When I arrived at the store, I told them my name and they attempted to give me someone else's order. I don't think they even looked at the name.2) The Subway app accepted my order, charged my card, then 20 minutes later, cancelled the order right before my pickup time. The store manager denied the ability to cancel orders (which may or may not be true) and was unwilling to assist with reimbursement process, saying that I needed to contact corporate - even though the cancellation notice in the app said to "contact the store where order was placed."3) Even after showing a receipt of payment and multiple email confirmations, they never offered to make my order. I was simply told that there's nothing she could do and for me to submit a form through their website.Subway managed to somehow make THEIR software glitch my problem and now I'm stuck filling out forms that will likely be ignored and result in me being $13 lighter with nothing to show for it.I think I'm done here.
Fast service and good food. We took a group on a field trip and we're had fast and prompt service.

If they accepted all the coupons and didn't have restrictions on them they would get 5 stars. Not the workers' fault. That's the franchise owner's decision. I won't be there often...

Not fresh.
Went for lunch.
This was definitely disappointing. I have never seen a Subway use the minimal amount of everything on a sub. Three employees, and all were dry and non engaging. What really makes this sad, it is downtown Birmingham. I will never return to this location.
