They need to update the hours on the glass. Online it says they 9pm, but in the store the sign says 10:30.

absolutely disgusting and the service is awful. i brung my sweet baby boy timothy into the store to get a sandwich, the worker was very entitled and constantly making jokes of how the sandwich had "too many calories". this was the first red flag, i brushed it off and she continued on the make the sandwich very sloppy, again not wanting to cause a scene i left it alone and considered it still edible. it was at that moment i realized she had no gloves on, and as i watched her apply the olives to his sandwich, one of her rhinestoned press on nails fell right on to the sandwich, she obviously noticed as did myself, and we made eye contact, she proceeded to look me in the eye and say "that's a freebie for you" and wink. it was extremely unprofessional and disgusting as she continued making the sandwich" after this. i refused to pay and left with no sandwich and an upset son. do better subway.

Placed order for delivery twice which they canceled. When I called ask why was advised that she couldn't figure out the system and called her manager who told her "don't worry about it and she didn't have to fix the order".

This has to be the rudest subway I’ve ever visited. The staff was rude and had attitudes. I bought a wrap and she cut it diagonally and all my food spilled on me. You should hire people who enjoy being around people.

Just finished shopping and looking forward to a snack. The woman behind the counter made my sub and then my son's. Before she started with the toppings on the second one, she started coughing. She took down her mask, got a drink and washed her hands. However, as she went back to work, she put on new gloves and coughed into her elbow WITH HER MASK DOWN RIGHT OVER THE FOOD PREP AREA. We were disgusted and walked out. Even in non-pandemic times, that is disgusting.

When my work partner and I placed an online order through this subway, it was set to be ready in 30 minutes, arriving at this time the order was not ready and the only employee told us he had not gotten to it yet. I kindly requested how to go about getting a refund because we simply did not have time to wait and he said he cannot do that I have to call who I placed the order through, calling the number on the app, it went back to the store in question and the employee again told us to call corporate and hung up on us as we were asking for corporates phone number and information on how to receive a credit for our order, which we simply did not have time to wait for. I worked at subway for 3 years, he could have easily voided the charge and awarded a credit but refused to help us and let me add that this employee was one of the slowest moving gentlemen I have seen, perhaps he would not be as backed up if he moved with some purpose. His lack of respect and shortness with customers will get him nowhere.

The food was great that wasn't the problem, the young man working the counter was very very respectful. My problem was the female cashier was very very rude to a Hispanic couple placing their order. It was very clear that the Hispanic gentlemen could not speak good English, instead of her trying to understand and be patient with the PAYING CUSTOMERS she yelled at him to speak up and then laughed as if it was funny.
