Not sure what the young man was going through this morning (10/30/2024) but unwarranted attitudes are unacceptable. No greeting, I greeted him. Asked a question and his response was very dry as he pointed to the sign for me to answer my own question. I walked out. Plenty of sandwiches elsewhere.

I come here once or twice per week for the past 6-8 months or so. The usual crew (male and female) are amazing and I looked forward to seeing them every time i came in. But the last 2 weeks have been horrible. New people in, very inexperienced, do not pay attention to the customers. The person today was on his phone the entire time he was making my order. I guess I'll have to see who is behind the counter before I decide to go in.

For the price of the subs you would think that this establishment would give you a little bit more ingredients than he did. Barely gave me any ham or any cheese. They barely put any of anything on there!

I come here very often. Multiple times a month. Unfortunately a hit or miss with your sandwich being made correctly when ordering through the app even with written notes.Typically a nice staff and I never complain. I just try to adjust so I actually went the extra mile today and called ahead to assure it would be made correctly. I shouldn’t have because I instead got the opposite of what ordered which is a first but highly disappointing. I don’t want to keep playing a guessing game or wasting money so I will choose a different location for my future purchasesThis hilarious. I just got to my other half and there are onions in my sandwich. I don’t know why they did me so bad!! I order online almost weekly maybe it’s annoying idk. Most definitely won’t come back.
