My family and I visited this location on yesterday Friday, 9/13/24, evening. The service was horrible. This caucasian woman with piercings all over her face didn’t welcome us in she fixed her boyfriend a sandwich then gave it to him on the line tongue kissing him then afterwards she asked us what we was getting extremely rude she didn’t wash her hands after returning back to the line nor did she change her gloves. Then an African-American woman came out from the back talking on her phone being rude as well. This was a horrible experience. From the service to the workers lack of respect. I asked for BBQ sauce on my sandwich and they put buffalo on it before telling me they don't carry bbq sauce even though I had it here yesterday???
Don’t order online! Went in and it seemed like I was a problem as well as my sandwich was made incorrectly. I reached out to the manager and didn’t get any response.

Every time I go to the subway, I am greeted by name, and every employee E. is so nice the food is always delicious and it’s always a pleasant experience. if I’ve been having a bad day I go eat Subway for lunch just so I can have a good smile put on my face because everybody is so nice that works there. The food is always good and it’s reasonably priced. Thank you for all you do and I’ll keep coming back.
