This is the worst example of a Subway I have ever visited. The people who work there were rude and do not understand the concept of time management. One of the employees was not using gloves and was sneezing (not covering mouth) on the counter. They were bringing in loaves of bread from OUTSIDE the restaurant uncovered in a bucket! I cannot comprehend how corporate would allow their name to be dragged through the mud in such a busy area. P.S. would have sent the complaint to corporate, but their complaint website does not work...

They need to figure out how to handle high volume of in person orders and online orders. Cancelled orders 5 minutes before pickup and order was placed 4 hours before.

So the food was withered and NOT fresh. The employee was not rude, but not helpful. He grunted and pointed at things like the bread choice and veggie choices. I don’t care that he doesn’t speak fluent English, but at least some words would be nice. Thankfully, I was able to check myself out. I love working for billion dollar companies. No offense to the gentleman working. He seemed to be a nice guy. I spent over 20 bucks for a sandwich! I will not be going back anytime soon. I wouldn’t have eaten there if I had some other choices close by to where I was. Didn’t have time to go somewhere else.

Worker was too busy on his phone to give me my food and wouldn’t answer my questions then got mad at me for asking him questions, and stole tip money from tip jar and put in pocket like it was for them

Came in with my family. Placed an online order. Said prepared & food was not even started. They only had 1 bread option. People seemed annoyed we were there. They continued to drop 2 pizzas on the floor, which made our wait longer. Cashier yelled at worker fussing her for dropping the pizzas. They were very tough to understand in English. Footlong barley had any meat on it. Definitely will not return.

Edit** the owner needs to work on his perfesionalism. As everyone can see on his replies. I will definitely contact Subway headquarters.

I am here with 10000 organ transplant people. There was one person working picking cheese on tiny piece at a time. 6 people in line. Finally the wife or woman gets up of her chair to help. 35 minutes later my time to order. Both people acted like I was bothering them.

Clear incompetence! Placed an order online for a chicken bacon ranch and a monster foot long with instructions for the sandwich to be cut into fourths…only cut in half and cold, never even heated up! Tried to call multiple times and they don’t answer! Do better Subway!
