Ordered BOGO through online app. Upon arrival, the owner had an attitude that my partner was watching the food being made. Whether I ordered online or in store, I still have to watch my sandwiches being made so, it’s correct! Ordered extra veggies and sauce on sandwiches through the app and when asked in person, the owner said the sandwich is already free so, you get what comes on it (nothing extra). I order here often and have never had an encounter like this. I will not be back due to the OWNER of the restaurant.

Also, parking in front of the door for a pickup never seemed to matter before. People park in front of the door to pick up food all of the time.

This is the best Subway in Birmingham! They are friendly, professional and they know their customers! I love that they recognize me and always know what I will order. I'm not just another "face in the crowd." The owner, Andy is amazing! He's gone above and beyond when I've needed sandwich trays for different events. Amazing service!

I will never eat at this Subway again. The Veterans Administration sent me a email saying that along with other restaurants, Subway was offering veterans a benefit to thank us for our service, in this case free 6 inch sub on Veterans Day. The email clearly said that Subway locations were owned by individual franchisees so some locations may not be participating.

With this in mind, I asked the gentleman behind the counter whether they were providing had a special free 6 inch sub for veterans. In a very strong foreign accent he said he hadn’t heard anything about it. I could see how some franchise owners may not won’t to participate in thanking veterans for their service, but I found it particularly strange that that would be the case anywhere in Alabama given the strong support of usually given to veterans in this state.

The fact that I did not get a sandwich at this subway location in itself is not a big deal. What I found offensive is that a franchise owner intentionally decided not to participate in an effort to thank veterans for their service and didn’t even. Inform their employee about the offer. Not only am I going to never use never step foot in this subway location again I’m going to spread the news that this franchise owner refuses to thank veterans for their service.

Sells too high price and very low quantity and poor quality. Bought 2 footlong for $25. Placed 8 to 9 pieces of chicken on footlong sandwich while other subways places reasonable prices

They don't accept coupons. Would never have come here if I knew that, a footlong club sandwich is $13, which is ridiculous by itself. This is not an upscale sandwich shop, not sure why they price it like it is.

Save your money and go somewhere you can get good food for a good price. Will not be returning.

This location Doesn't accept coupons, what a letdown
8.49 for a 6-inch sub and nothing else is insane won't go back to any subway without checking to see if they accept coupons first.

Average at best, I ate there this past Saturday. The workers were somewhat dismissive, and I would rather now have employees speak in their native tongue in the presence of customers. It implies that something negative or derogatory is being spoken about the customers.
