I visited this location today. The lady gave me 1 piece of turkey and a half piece of ham😳 This is a shame! I will never visit Subway Centerpoint again.

Went here once a couple weeks ago and she overcharged me 4$ for things I didn’t order. Today I was in a rush and decided to give it another shot. Yea same crap different day. Asked for chicken and she put about 8 little cubes on my sandwich and when I questioned her she put more on then charged me double without telling me. When I confronted her she said she also charged me an extra 2$ for putting extra lettuce and black olives on it. Corporate needs to shut this place down, huge scam!!!!

The pudgy woman during the day says that vegetables are no longer free. Anything over 8 cucumbers is 2 dollars extra. It makes no sense how you have to demand the bare minimum/ vegetables you want because they really dont control portions well OR free vegetables after already buying a $19 sandwich. Will never come back, whole location can go to hell. Sunni is the only worker that will actually give you your money's worth.

Well it's safe to say I will never choose this location again! I thought I was tripping the last time when the lady put 3 slices of meat on my hotdog size sub with all light ingredients! Well, I shall be a fool no more! 3 slices! Light ingredients! Don't bother!

If I can give this location a 0 rating I would. We just made an online order to the store with a coupon that’s clearly on their website. Employee called my phone and said they don’t accept the coupon that clearly just went through online. Then we asked how is that possible if the money was already taking off the card. The employee hung up on us and didn’t answer the phone after. Corporate definitely needs to look into getting better employees immediately this is unacceptable!

After going to the Centerpoint and Huffman locations and learning they did not take coupons that come thru mail I was quite disappointed! Someone in the Ctrpt location said,"they take those in Pinson. I was thrilled! I had been craving a club sub from Subway and having to go from location to location made me quite irritated. I am senior citizen and I use my coupons. Everything is so high nowadays. All locations should take them!! Thank you Pinson for taking my coupon tho I had to pay extra for one of the 3 meats on club!!
???????????? as fast as you can I was on this side of town so I found a subway even though it looked sketchy I still placed an online order I noticed the guy had the door standing wide open but then he came kept looking at me crazy. I walked in and he quickly yelled we don't accept those kind of orders I was confused ? but I had to remember all the foreigners do this why idk but it makes me want to Never eat it again I guess I deserved this bc I'm loyal to the exit 97 one that's the best and they honor everything very friendly! Oh and by him cancelling the order it'll be a week before I get my money back please

I received a Subway flyer in the mail a few days ago. Today I thought to myself "Self, you haven't eaten a Subway sandwich in a while - time to go get one". When I walked in, I pulled my coupon out the lady behind the counter quickly said, "We don't accept coupons". Ok, a subway that doesn't accept subway coupons - I GUESS they can do that. On the other hand, I have the option of taking my business elsewhere. Which I did, and will not return there.
