If I can give this location a 0 rating I would. We just made an online order to the store with a coupon that’s clearly on their website. Employee called my phone and said they don’t accept the coupon that clearly just went through online. Then we asked how is that possible if the money was already taking off the card. The employee hung up on us and didn’t answer the phone after. Corporate definitely needs to look into getting better employees immediately this is unacceptable!

After going to the Centerpoint and Huffman locations and learning they did not take coupons that come thru mail I was quite disappointed! Someone in the Ctrpt location said,"they take those in Pinson. I was thrilled! I had been craving a club sub from Subway and having to go from location to location made me quite irritated. I am senior citizen and I use my coupons. Everything is so high nowadays. All locations should take them!! Thank you Pinson for taking my coupon tho I had to pay extra for one of the 3 meats on club!!

???????????? as fast as you can I was on this side of town so I found a subway even though it looked sketchy I still placed an online order I noticed the guy had the door standing wide open but then he came kept looking at me crazy. I walked in and he quickly yelled we don't accept those kind of orders I was confused ? but I had to remember all the foreigners do this why idk but it makes me want to Never eat it again I guess I deserved this bc I'm loyal to the exit 97 one that's the best and they honor everything very friendly! Oh and by him cancelling the order it'll be a week before I get my money back please

I received a Subway flyer in the mail a few days ago. Today I thought to myself "Self, you haven't eaten a Subway sandwich in a while - time to go get one". When I walked in, I pulled my coupon out the lady behind the counter quickly said, "We don't accept coupons". Ok, a subway that doesn't accept subway coupons - I GUESS they can do that. On the other hand, I have the option of taking my business elsewhere. Which I did, and will not return there.

I would give zero stars if it let me.. For 15 dollars my sandwich wasn’t fresh.. It was barely meat on it and it was dry with barely any mayo or mustard and they don’t take subway coupons.. never going back again.. Jersey Mikes I Go!!!

I just recently went into this location . On my way in, a lady coming out, told me not to go in and waste my time; I should have listened. The lady working is very skimpy I used to work for subway so I know the formulas by heart. I was going to let that slide , You know hard times and all . But I looked at my receipts and she charged me more than what the sandwich cost . She didn’t even give me an itemized receipt just the one with the total . DO NOT GO HERE . Definitely will take your money . But what goes around comes around .

Ordered for delivery, only to be called 10 minutes before the delivery time (which was an hour wait) by the store (not doordash) and was told they would not deliver because my number wasn't local (because I just moved to the area). If this is a policy, it needs to be explicitly stated so people are aware before wasting a lot of time while waiting for their food. If not a policy, the employees are simply lazy. Either way, it's a sloppy and unprofessional way to operate.
