I had a wonderful experience here today. The restaurant was very clean, the food looked fresh and Frieda and the man that was there with her (didn’t get his name) were extremely friendly and helpful.

Online says they open at 9. It’s currently 10:09. Personnel said they open at 10 nobody has came to open the door several customers have left. Do better and be on time with opening times.

I worked for Subway for 13 years. I know the formulas. No where would Subway have the audacity to charge what they do if the formula was 2 piece of bacon for a 6 inch and 4 for a foot long BLT. Watch your sandwiches it looks like they are shorting the meats to make food cost.

How is it possible that in the middle of 2024 they don't have fresh food? I wanted some avocado and it was too dark in color. I asked if they had a fresh supply of avocado and she said everything was frozen. I also asked for a chicken sandwich and for some reason she gave me tuna. Never again to this garbage establishment.

I ordered a footlong meatball sub with cheese and toasted Italian bread. When the guy took it out of the oven, I could see that the meatballs were small - dwarfed by the bread. Not at all like the ones from 20 years ago. So much has changed. I don't care for Subway much, but I'll never order a meatball sub ever again.

Bad experience. I have been to this particular subway numerous times and was always pleased. But today, very disappointed!!! My bread was left in the oven too long and I couldn’t chew it. I asked for cookies and he grab them with the glove he made my sandwich with. Transferring of food. That’s not good!!! I won’t be back!!

I would rate the food but they are never open even during advertised hours, super frustrating when the one in the other side of town is always perfect, just drive an extra 10 min to the one closer to Trussville, this one clearly doesn't want to serve anyone after 4pm
