I have to say this is by far the cleanest and best service I have ever received at a subway! The guy working there right now deserves a raise! He has the best customer service and makes the sandwiches amazing! I’m not sure of his name which I hate but he deserves much props! It says in my receipt served by 1 so maybe you can identify him that way if you’re his manager! Thanks for the experience!

if I could give this store 0 stars I would. They try to keep your change. They told me I couldn’t use my coupon for whatever footlong I wanted, but only like tuna and turkey on it? Not to mention everything looks freezer burnt and the people who run this store have been for a while and it SUCKS. they are cheap as hell. skimp on everything. literally tried to keep my money?

I've enjoyed going to this subway every now and then over the course of many years. Every time without fail, the same man is always there, always kind and always making incredible sandwiches (...and pizza). If you act nice, every time without fail, he'll give you a cookie for FREE after you've paid. To those he recognises, he asks for updates on their life, and he's always very respectful.

We moved recently AWAY from this area, and had no idea how amazing this Subway was until we experienced the one in Moody (which is Awful). The team at this one cares for their store and their product. Will always recommend this one under its current ownership

I have been to this location ten or more times due to the proximity to my office. It is a trend that they are consistently VERY stingy with toppings and meats. I looked at other reviews to make sure I was being fair and others have also expressed this. I ordered the Beast sub and it didn’t look any different from a regular sub. Most of the time, I will drive further to go to a Subway that gives you the correct portions that you have paid for. The store is clean.
This particular Subway is my go-to place for a meal that is quick, tasty, and tailored to my specific cravings! When I want a sandwich or salad packed with my kind of ingredients, it's Subway I have in mind. To be perfectly honest, I haven't really thought about or paid much attention to the place until relatively recently. When I drove by, I stopped at a Subway. On my plate, I had what could best be described as a smorgasbord of salady goodness. I didn't take a picture, because I didn't think of it at the time, but I would have wanted to if I had. A taste test of whatever that was on top of a few spongy, Italian-style bread slices.
P.S. If you happen to be in the vicinity of a Subway, I highly recommend them.

I had to come up to Cahaba Valley for an appointment, and I figured I'd stop by and grab myself a bit to eat. This subway puts everywhere one to shame. It's clean, the food is good, and the owners are just loverly people. If you are ever looking for a good sandwich, come here. It's great!
