Employees were so rude and unprofessional! She called me Big Back after I requested double meat on my sandwich. Came back a hour later because they didn’t give me my cookies. She proceeded to get an attitude and say wasn’t that like “12 hours ago? Hurry up I gotta line” it was only 1 person behind me and they looked as in shock as I was by the treatment.

I threw away the cookies as I don’t even want to consume something with such negative energy associated with it. Do yourself a favor and go to a different restaurant. If you don’t believe me just read all the other negative reviews from this place. I had a great day at work just to get off and have to deal with these negative people who don’t care. Almost ruined my day and because of that I’ll never go back to that place.

Horrible customer service and bad hygiene don’t eat here they don’t even have gloves on and have such a horrible attitude if you didn’t want to make sandwiches get another job

Came in at 3:20 on a Tuesday. They were closing in ten minutes and did not want to take orders.

I came in 2/27/25 around 9:20pm and the cashier with the thick glasses, dark complexion and hair in a ponytail was very rude! She rolled her eyes and blew her breath because she was upset that I’m wanting to get food. She was talking on her AirPods and not paying me any attention. She didn’t have many items on the line to choose from because she already started putting away items. Just horrible! It’s just so bad that black women are so rude on these restaurants jobs. No one asked u to choose that job. If u hate your job then quit!

I visit this location frequently for my parents because they’re unable to get around. Everytime we come the employees are outside smoking cigarettes. I always get the feeling we’re interrupting them everytime we come. Today I pulled up and the two employees were outside smoking and we go in and stand in line. She comes in and informs us that they’re closed for 20 minutes. So everyone goes on break at the same time?? Then she goes to her car to smoke another cigarette. I swear I would not come to this location if I didn’t have to. Killing part is she’s the manager so I know how this store is ran.

I visit this location frequently and have never had a problem up until three weeks ago. I purchased a foot-long sandwich and the sandwich had hair in it. I took it back the next day, and the young lady informed me that she could not replace the sandwich nor refund my money. I will have to come in and see the manager. I came back to see the manager, which was not in. I was informed that she normally gets off at 4:00. The assistant manager was there he said at the time he could not refund my money but he could replace the sandwich however because I had had such a horrible experience on replacing and have been back numerous times I chose to have my money refunded, however he informed me he could not refund my mind. I will have to see the manager who’s normally there until 4:00pm. I inform him that I worked 12 hours shift 6pm at night to 6:00:am in the morning and since the manager gets off at four it would be hard for me to get in at 4 o’clock. Today, I finally get in before 4 o’clock because I’m sick and off work, only to be informed that there is nothing see can do for me because because it’s past 2 weeks. I then asked for their customer service number and was informed, that she wasn’t allowed to give out that number. However, the manager Nicole called her manager Thomas and informed him that she had a problem, informed him of the situation, she then asked for my receipt, I gave her my receipt and the sandwich she threw my receipt and the sandwich in the trash and informed me that she could do nothing for me. She could not replace my sandwich nor could she refund my money at that time, I asked her if I could get my sandwich and my receipt back because I plan on posting it on social media, she told me she was not going back in the trashcan for my receipt nor my sandwich so she has a sandwich and a receipt that I paid for, but I got nothing. This is my last time that I will be visiting This subway establishment I will also post this on every social media account, I have along with my friends and allow them to post and inform everyone of the kind of Customer Service you get at subway on Finley boulevard from Nicole and her manager Thomas.

Me my mother and my husband went in to order subs and we waited and waited for someone to help us. She had a bad attitude from the get go. She made the first sandwich and my mother ask for some onion and the women was rude and spouted out that’s all your allowed to get. She was rude to all of us the whole time she was making our order. She didn’t greet us when we came up to the counter was rude the whole time we was there didn’t give us our receipt didn’t say thank you to any of us. When she made our sandwich’s she pushed them to the side and waited on the man behind us. Her name was partly covered the last part was Cole like maybe her name might have Nicole. We are not pleased at all her attitude runs it for the whole store. What can we do about this?

I order on the app from here all the time and it is fresh really good. I have never had anything but excellent food and service... Thank you for all you do to get our food out and fresh!

Manager Nicole was very rude and nasty, needs to be fired. The worker Ada was also rude to the customers. Several people in line left. No wheat bread sub bread. They need to be more cleaner and take pride in their appearance. Just have a nasty attitude. When it was Mapco it was clean and the workers were nice a polite.

Fire the staff and start over. Turned me away 2 hours before closing time. They are refusing customers at will. This isn't the first time this has happened.
