Nice and friendly
Nice staff, doing the Lord's work!!!
The staff was okay, not great, but this old maze-like building needs to be torn down and replaced. Everything looks old, there's not enough signage to help you find your way to where you need to go.

They are the best staff and doctors I've dealt with very friendly and patient no pun intended LOL
The clinic I visit at Jefferson towers is great. The staff is very friendly and they treat my wife and I like family.
Always friendly workers at UAB,my surgery team was awesome as always. I've been a patient since 1966 born in Jefferson towers, had my first baby there. And still a patient since 2007 ,no regrets keep up the good work. Thanks Pamela Collins
My surgery was successful staff was friendly
Had a DAT scan. Everyone was pleasant and helpful.
That part of the hospital is being renovated.

Great place and good hospitality
Most unorganized setup I have ever seen!!
This place is clean. Every person I've spoken with thus far has been helpful, amicable, and very friendly.
Wonderful
(11 May 2021) I had a procedure in the outpatient GI dept here at the Jefferson Towers. The staff was very pleasant.Bernadette, in Intake, was very kind, personable and professional. My nurse in Recovery, Gwen, was uniquely the sweetest, most caring & understanding healthcare professional I have ever encountered here. I would give five stars for Gwen alone! However, the doctor (Dr Kyanam Kabir Kondal) who performed my procedure, for some reason, decided I did not need anything for pain, while in the OR. No other physician, prior to this surgery, has ever failed to provide pain management for operative procedures. When I awoke in Recovery, I was in such terrible pain, I was crying out. I am not one to ever ask for pain medications. However, my Recovery Nurse, Gwen, was so sweet & caring, she immediately gave me something in my IV. This procedure caused the absolute worst pain that I have experienced in quite some time.
