I asked for a #6 (pepperoni,meatballs,2x cheese) and I asked for no pepperoni since I don’t like it. This one guys says “ok so just meatballs on bread” I said no and he gave me a weird look and then I said “just a #6 which no pepperoni” and he was all confused like he’s never worked there ever and was just mean overall.

Used to eat here all the time because it's convenient to UAB. I get coupons in the mail and on the app all the time but this location doesn't accept them anymore and I don't want to pay $18+ for lunch.

The people who are working there do not speak English very well. They are very impatient and their persona will make you think they have an actual attitude with you. Because of the misunderstanding, I had to spend extra money for an additional sandwich that he wanted to argue with me about before he can complete it

Middle eastern guy was talking on his IPod the entire time he was making my sandwich. I had to repeat my order several times because he wasn’t listening to me and then he got upset with me. He put small pieces of ripped apart ham and turkey on my club and didn’t put double cheese. Then he put my bacon in the microwave for 5 seconds before putting it on my sandwich. I told him never mind and walked out without my order. He had a terrible attitude. This was Saturday 11/16/2024 at 2:05 pm.

I hate writing bad reviews, but I feel like I have to for this location. The food was mediocre, and while the person helping seemed new, so I won’t hold that against them, what really bothered me was when the food fell off the paper into the toaster. Instead of making a new one, they just put it back like nothing happened. The only decent part was the atmosphere, but even that wasn’t great. To top it off, they rang up the drink after I had already paid, so I ended up paying more. If you need something quick, this place might work, but otherwise, I’d recommend staying away.

I ordered through the mobile app. The order I picked up from the store was Significantly messed up. I was not able to go back to the store due To time constraints. I reached out to the store, and the franchisee reached back out to me. Instead of offering to make anything right, he just acknowledged what happened. Mistakes happen, But there must be some sort of rectification other than an “oh well” .

Me and 2 of my friends made an online order for 12:05 P.M. and we did not get our food until 12:23 P.M. It was just sitting there so therefore our food was cold. We did the online deal for a combo that includes a drink but upon trying to leave the store we were stopped by the older guy for him to check our bags and our cups to see if we were stealing. In my opinion, if you wanted to be sure we had the correct things, someone should have been at the register handling that and everything should have been together!! The sandwich was also very much thrown together and very very cold!! If I could give this experience an 0/10 I would. Never coming back to this location!!

I came in with a coupon the Iran man did accept my coupon! As he was making my sandwich he was just throwing my vegetables any kind of way on the sandwich! He was not placing them as neat on the sandwich! My coupon came with a chip and drink ! as I was in my second refill he came to side of the drink machine and told me that my coupon only allows one refill keep in mind I’m dining in to eat!! I will not payronize these foreign people who comes from over seas and buying up all the Subways and really making they own rules on how to these coupons! The last couple ones I’ve been to is owned by foreign people! They customer service is horrible! I will never go back to this establishment ever!!!
