One of the best Massaman curries I've had. Service was superior for our party of 12.

Food good. Brought my friend soup that contained seafood after he had asked for no seafood in it. Different server that came by was able to correct it fairly quickly. Thx!! Our server seemed a bit out to lunch. And it was 2pm.

Great little Thai place. Food was exceptionally fresh, very flavorful. The bartender was on point with his pour of bourbon.I ordered the hot and sour soup egg rolls and garlic broccoli with chicken ?.I asked them to make it extremely spicy, and they did just that.Food Awesome!!!Service Awesome!!!To bad that I do not live here, I would be eating here all the time.

My pet peeve is for a place to say they close at a certain time and dont honor that. Working in retail for 11 years. You close when you say you do. If someone walks in prior to closing you honor them. Otherwise just close when you want to truly close. Its just rude and bad business. Walked in at 822pm and was told they closed. They have posted 930pm. Ridiculous.

Many Thai restaurants have excellent cuisine but each are different due to the wide variety of spices at the chef's disposal. So it is at Surin of Thailand in Mount Brook, outside of Birmingham. I can only call the spicing "playful." It tickled our taste buds. The interior is fresh and contemporary. The romantic booths are separated by louvered panels. I had the Massaman curry with shrimp (a lot of shrimp, a surprisingly large portion) what was unique for me was the sliced avocado. My husband had a bowl of the spicy coconut soup. It was excellent with layered spices Really enjoyed the food and experience here!
